In this episode I share a message that suddenly started to come through me one lazy morning. It’s a powerful message urging us to live our lives to the fullest. All of it—the ups and the downs. To reconnect with your full self. With your spirit within. Embracing both strengths and vulnerabilities as essential parts of the journey.  Often, we shut down aspects of ourselves—our emotions, sensitivities, or instincts—in reaction to pain or societal pressure. However, living fully requires opening up to all experiences, the painful as well as the joyful. By reconnecting our minds and hearts, we gain access to deep wisdom accumulated through personal and ancestral experiences, allowing us to feel truly fulfilled and at peace.  This episode is a powerful reminder that real wholeness, health, and connection are possible only when we integrate every part of ourselves and approach life wholeheartedly.

I’m not providing ready answers, rather taking an angle to consider the costs of your behaviour, response, or decision, too.
