Stuck in your career change or business? Here's what's happening and how to solve for it

🧿 Schedule your career alignment consultation 🧿 In this episode, I'm talking about something almost every one of my clients experiences at some point - the stall. The moment you feel yourself losing momentum, slipping back into the old job, the old routine, the old identity, even after you've made real progress. I explain why this happens on a neurological level (hint: it has a lot to do with your nervous system and a stress hormone cortisol), and why falling back doesn't mean you're doing it wrong - it means you're in the messy middle of becoming someone new. I also walk you through the exact 3-step process I use with clients to get unstuck without burning out: Step 1: Least Resistance – Look at your overwhelming to-do list and choose 1-3 tasks that feel the sparkliest, easiest, and most fun right now. No big scary tasks allowed this week — just momentum. Step 2: Layering – Once you feel the flow coming back, start adding in one less-enjoyable-but-important task a day, broken into small chunks, alongside your easy wins. Step 3: Underplan, Overdeliver – Cap yourself at 1-3 tasks a day, stop before you're tired, and protect your rest. This is what keeps you from burning out before you even get where you're going. If you've ever felt like you're behind, broken, or not "disciplined enough" because you keep falling back into old patterns - this episode is your reminder that stuck is biology. And it's temporary!
