Living in Madrid: Top 5 Moments

Visit today's blog post here . In this episode, I'm sharing my MADRID HIGHLIGHTS! These are the moments, memories, and experiences from our month in Spain that I know I'll be carrying with me forever. From the cooking class and language school to our bike tour and the beautiful gardens we discovered, I really feel like we struck gold with so many of the experiences we chose. We stayed in Madrid for the month but also took three little train trips to Granada, Valencia, and Segovia. I'm sharing some of my favorite things we did, what I would absolutely recommend if you're planning a trip to Madrid, and what it was like to step away from my normal life and work for an ENTIRE MONTH. Plus, I'm talking about what it felt like to leave—and then come back home again. Would you ever consider living in another country for a month? I'd love to know where! –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

The garden in Spain that changed me

Visit today's blog post here . After a week of exploring Madrid with my kids and getting to know their teachers at language school, I finally felt peaceful enough to venture out on my own. I chose El Retiro Park—and I am SO glad I brought my walking shoes. I was completely blown away by the sheer vastness and beauty of the park, especially when I stumbled upon the rose garden. Walking through the entrance and seeing roses of every color surrounding me brought me to immediate tears. It was meticulously cared for, but somehow every variety and color was allowed to exist together. That experience reminded me of something I've felt so many times in business: sometimes we think we know what's possible, what things are supposed to look like, or what our path has to be—and then suddenly, WOW, we discover an entirely new reality. I believe we grow and change at the speed of our willingness to see and experience new realities, beliefs, and paradigms. In this episode, I'm taking you into the rose garden with me and talking about what it can look like to open yourself up to big, abundant shifts in your business this fall. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

You can handle it. But do you need to?

Visit today's blog post here . I got food poisoning at the airport right before our flight home from Madrid, and those two hours on the plane gave me a HUGE flashback to moments in my life when I was enduring something I really didn't need to endure. It took me right back to the moments before I quit my job, filed for divorce, and even made the much smaller decision to switch project management software after using the same one for 10 years. I'm incredibly resilient—and you probably are too. But sometimes we can misuse our ability to endure intensity, staying in situations long after our bodies are telling us it's time for something different. In this episode, I'm giving you a little tough love about what it actually takes to enter your most peaceful, profitable chapter of business yet—and why working less, including building a 3-day work week, requires us to become willing to let go of day-to-day intensity. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

Preparation Creates Freedom

Visit today's blog post here . As I was unpacking my medical kit after nearly a month abroad, I realized something surprising: I hadn't used a single medication I'd carefully packed for myself or my kids. At first it felt unnecessary—but then I realized the packing had already done its job. It gave me the confidence to book the trip, get on the plane, and fully enjoy the experience because I knew I was prepared if something happened. That same principle applies to business. Preparation matters—whether it's writing launch emails ahead of time, planning your content, or mapping out your quarter. But preparation isn't meant to lock us into a rigid plan. It's there to create freedom, allowing us to stay present and make better decisions in real time. In this episode, I'm introducing you to two business personas—Rose and Lily—and sharing why you actually need both if you want to scale your business with more ease, flexibility, and confidence. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

From My Madrid Apartment: The Blessing I Almost Missed

Visit today's blog post here . Sometimes the biggest blessings in our lives don't arrive wrapped in certainty—they arrive disguised as an uncomfortable decision. During my time in Madrid, our air conditioning suddenly stopped working just as temperatures were expected to reach 102 degrees. I knew most people in Madrid lived without AC, and I knew I could stay. But something inside me told me it was time to make a different choice. That decision led us to our dream apartment—one that became so much more than just a place to stay. It became an energetic shift, a reminder that making room for something better often requires letting go of what's familiar, even when it's "good enough." In this episode, I'm sharing the story behind that experience and inviting you to consider where you may be holding onto something that's preventing your next blessing, breakthrough, or business expansion from finding you. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

The Counterintuitive Lifestyle That Makes More Money

Visit today's blog post here . Three years ago, I took my kids to Ireland and promised myself we'd make international travel a yearly tradition while they're still in this beautiful season of curiosity and wonder. But two years went by without booking another trip. When I finally got honest with myself, I realized it wasn't money or logistics holding me back—it was that travel felt overwhelming because I didn't have enough time or space to actually enjoy it. In this episode, I share how that realization led me to book a month in Madrid instead of a rushed vacation, and how the same principle completely transformed my business years ago. Counterintuitively, giving myself more time to work—not less—helped me enjoy my business more, make better decisions, and ultimately build a million-dollar business without hustle. If you're craving more freedom, peace, and income, this episode will challenge everything you've been taught about working less. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

Three Eras That Changed My Business

Visit today's blog post here . After more than eight years of waiting, navigating legal challenges, changing lawyers, and even having my trademark contested, it's finally official—our trademark has been approved. While this milestone is worth celebrating, it also reminded me that the biggest breakthroughs in business often take far longer than we expect. In this episode, I'm sharing why long-term projects aren't a sign that you're off track—they're often the foundation for the "overnight" successes everyone else sees. I'm also reflecting on the three defining eras of my business over the last decade—from building my Facebook community, to growing the Higher Coach Entrepreneur podcast, to creating the 3 Day Entrepreneur movement. I'll share the biggest lesson each season taught me, why reinvention is essential for sustainable growth, and why I believe the challenges you're facing today could be preparing you for your next breakthrough. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

The Client Attraction Refresh You Need in 2026

Visit today's blog post here . If you've been consistently showing up online—posting content, engaging with your audience, sending messages, and doing all the things you're "supposed" to do—but clients still aren't signing, this episode is for you. The problem usually isn't that you're not working hard enough. More often, it's that there are foundational pieces of your business that need to be refreshed and strengthened as the online landscape evolves. In this episode, I'm sharing the three key areas I see heart-centered coaches overlook when they're stuck in a plateau. With AI, social media, and online business changing rapidly in 2026, what worked before may not be enough anymore. I'll walk you through the updates and shifts that can help you create stronger connections, build trust faster, and start turning your consistent effort into paying clients. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

Signing Clients Without an Audience

Visit today's blog post here . One of the biggest misconceptions I see new coaches and service providers make is believing they need a large audience before they can sign clients. I used to think the same thing. I thought I needed more followers, a bigger email list, and more visibility before people would hire me. But what I discovered is that focusing on audience growth too early often keeps you stuck in learning mode instead of taking the actions that actually create clients. In this episode, I'm breaking down why connection matters more than audience size when you're working toward your first $100k–$300k year. I'll share why you don't need to become a social media superstar to build momentum, how to sign your first 1–3 clients even with a small audience (or no audience at all), and why getting clients first often gives you the confidence, clarity, and proof you need to grow your audience strategically for bigger goals down the road. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

Marketing Feels Harder… You're Not Wrong

Visit today's blog post here . In this episode, I'm talking about the massive shifts happening in the online space and why so many heart-centered business owners feel like marketing has gotten harder lately. If you've been showing up, posting consistently, and still feeling disconnected, unseen, or stuck — you're not imagining it. The industry has changed. People are more discerning, more sensitive, and craving deeper trust before they buy. But this shift is actually good news for heart-centered entrepreneurs. The depth, awareness, intuition, and authenticity you naturally bring to your work are becoming more valuable than ever. We're moving out of an era of fast, surface-level marketing and into one where real connection matters. In this episode, I'm sharing what's actually different now, why old strategies may no longer feel aligned, and how to market in a way that builds trust, honors your energy, and creates clients who genuinely resonate with you and your work. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur
