She is an international film publicist and festivals strategist, and has worked across a variety of film festivals including Cannes, Sundance, the Tribeca film festival and more. Jacqueline Comer | Tech Founder Using Artificial Intelligence to Tackle Online Abuse

For this episode, I am so grateful to be joined by Jacqueline Comer. Jacqueline is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Areto Labs, a cyber security start-up that detects and counteracts online abuse through AI-powered solutions.  An Edmonton native currently living in Auckland, Jacqueline has a background in linguistics, journalism and copywriting. In 2021, she co-founded Areto Labs and continues to help implement their solutions across areas like sports, media and academia.  In our conversation, we spoke about the mission of Areto Labs, her experience watching the World Cup in Seoul in 2002, and what she’s looking forward to in the future of social media and AI.
