Leaving the bustling city of Birmingham to the quiet aisle of Lewes to study Dental Therapy at the University of the Highlands and Islands was just the start of a 7-year journey for this week’s guest. Jyoti Sumel qualified in 2016 and has since achieved a vast amount in her short career so far. After working in primary care, she moved into community care to utilise full scope of practice and provide support and care to more vulnerable patients.
