I'm honoured to welcome Jennifer Bicknell to The Debra Shepherd Podcast this week. Most workplace disputes do not start with a legal problem. They start with a conversation someone avoided. Jennifer Bicknell is an employment lawyer who helps businesses fix both. Through Bicknell Law & Consulting she provides practical workplace advice, employment contracts, policies and Fair Work guidance, plus a steady hand when things get messy. Jen also runs Confident Conversations workshops, teaching owners and managers how to plan for and have the hard conversations, so small issues stay small.
