Mom and Daughter Real Talk

My daughter Milan and I have a candid chat about how "light-hearted" body image jokes actually affect your children, dropping out of University, cultural expectations, and more! I'm thankful that I can have these honest conversations with my children, even if it shows how imperfect I am, and how hard it is to be a Mom. I hope that this conversation resonates with whomever is meant to hear it. Whether it is a daughter/young adult needing to be understood, or a Mom may need to hear a child's perspective.
