Grokbot vs Claude: Why I’m Not Picking Just One AI Tool | Ep 105

I’ve only been using Grokbot for a day and I had to jump on and share what I found. This is the first AI assistant I’ve used that actually brings the work to you, instead of waiting for you to ask. I walk through what it did in that first day. It edited a raw 45 second clip down to 30 seconds, cut my ums and pauses, added captions and a hook, and even screen recorded itself working in my CRM to use as B-roll. It went into GoHighLevel, found a coaching lead I’d missed on Messenger, added them to the pipeline, drafted a reply and set a follow up. Then it built a full landing page, email and cheat sheet for me. I also share how I’m building a team of AI agents with a “leader” bot I can strategise with. Does this mean I’m done with Claude? The New AI That Works While You Sleep | Ep 104

Right now most of us go to AI and ask it for help. That’s about to flip. In this episode I break down Claude Duet, the new app from Anthropic where Claude becomes the proactive one. It comes to you when something needs your attention and keeps working in the background while you’re doing something else. Fresh off a face to face AI workshop, I recap how I’m using Claude right now to save 10 to 15 hours a week. I cover connecting Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Xero, Stripe and your CRM. I share how I use Projects for every one of my clients, for my health and fitness, and even for my family trip to Croatia. Exactly How I Run My Business on Claude Every Day | Ep 103

In this episode I walk you through my actual day and show you exactly how I use Claude to run Resolve Business Coaching. Not theory, not a list of apps. The real routine that saves me 10 to 15 hours a week, and in some weeks closer to 20. I start in the car on the school run, using voice mode to triage my inbox and get replies sitting in my drafts folder before I walk in the door. From there I cover the two daily briefings that fire before I open my laptop, one on my numbers and meetings pulled from Xero and my calendar, one on the last 24 hours in AI and social media with content ideas built off it. I go through why I keep a Claude project for every single client, using Krisp to capture face to face meeting notes, building workshop slide decks and proposals in Claude Design, pulling on brand photos of myself out of Higgsfield, and drafting Instagram DM replies through GoHighLevel with a trained Claude skill. I also share the client of mine, a blinds business, who now runs his quotes through Claude Design and reckons it is saving him 15 to 20 hours a week. The big idea here is simple. Stop using AI to answer questions and start using it to do the work. And do not just keep it in the business. I go through trial reels and how they let you test content with non followers before your audience ever sees it, why showing up human beats polished content in a world drowning in AI captions, how to use reels for reach and carousels for belief, and the big one, why your DMs are the actual funnel. I break down exactly how I use ManyChat to turn a comment into a conversation, including the automated welcome message that goes out to every new follower and sends them my free Claude training guide.
