Ep 307. Shedding Old Fears and Releasing Control

What happens when you realize the things you've been holding onto for so long are actually becoming too heavy to carry? In this episode, I'm getting really honest about shedding old fears, releasing control, and letting go of the versions of myself, beliefs, and patterns that I've outgrown. This conversation came from something I heard in church that stopped me in my tracks: we have to be willing to die. Not literally, but to allow old identities, old ways of thinking, old structures, and the parts of ourselves we've been clinging to simply because they're familiar to come to an end. I share what this has looked like for me personally, including some of the fear and worry I've been navigating, and what it's teaching me about control, emotional healing, and trusting what I can't yet see. Because sometimes we know exactly what we need to release, but we keep holding on anyway. And eventually, we have to ask ourselves: what is it costing me to keep carrying this? I also open the episode with a little more about Aligned by Design, my Human Design readings, for those who feel called to understand themselves more deeply. Ep 306. What Is Your Life Asking You to Become?

There is a big shift coming. For years, Human Design has pointed toward 2027 as the beginning of what is described as a new paradigm, a movement away from the structures and conditioning of the collective and toward a much deeper level of individual sovereignty. And whether or not you know anything about Human Design, I think there is something worth paying attention to here.Because so much of what we have been navigating, shedding, confronting, and becoming this year has been preparing us for something. Preparing us to become more of who we actually came here to be. And one of the ways I believe we are being asked to prepare is through our frequency. We are becoming less dense and more light. Less attached to the old ways of being and more attuned to what is true for us now. But here's where I want to take this conversation somewhere different. Because when we hear things like "raise your frequency" or "become more energetically aligned," it can very quickly turn into another thing we think we need to DO. Another practice. Another ritual. Another supplement. Another spiritual hygiene routine. Another thing to add to an already very full life. I don't believe that's what this requires. I believe it requires observation. Moment-to-moment awareness of how you are actually living. In this episode, I share the five core things that will absolutely raise your frequency, not because they are another system to follow, but because they are some of the most confronting and truth-telling places we can look. These are the places where we cannot hide from ourselves. Where we can see exactly where we are out of alignment, where we are abandoning ourselves, where we are forcing, controlling, resisting, or living from an old version of who we thought we had to be. This isn't about becoming "higher vibe." It's about becoming more honest. And allowing that honesty to attune you to the woman you are becoming.

Ep 305. The Sacred Practice Of Clearing Space

If you've been feeling like something has shifted, but you can't quite see what's next yet, this episode is for you. I'm talking about the yogic practice of saucha—purity, cleanliness, and clarity—and what it can teach us about clearing the static that keeps us feeling stuck. Sometimes we don't need another answer. We need to create enough space to hear the answer that's already within us. I'm sharing what this has looked like in my own life lately, why I stopped forcing clarity and started creating movement instead, and how clearing space—physically, mentally, energetically—can open the door for something new to emerge. Ep 304. Stop Making Money Your God

I've been thinking a lot about our relationship with action and what happens when we make success, money, abundance, or whatever we're chasing the ultimate goal. Because when the thing becomes the goal, it becomes the god. And underneath that is often a deeply rooted belief about what it takes to have it. For me, that belief was simple: money is hard. And even when I was taking inspired action, that belief was quietly shaping everything. I was pushing. Struggling. Trying to make things happen. And even when things worked, I'd eventually find my way back to the same internal thermostat. Back to struggle. What I'm realizing now is that the struggle wasn't the problem. It was the medicine. Because ease isn't something we earn once we've finally made enough money, reached the next level, or become successful enough. Ease is a frequency we inhabit. And money, success, abundance, alignment—all of it—is ultimately a byproduct of who we're becoming, not just in the big moments, but in the granular ones. In the moments where things feel uncertain. In the moments where the old pattern comes back. In the moments where you want to reach for your phone, force the outcome, push a little harder, or make the thing you're chasing mean something about your worth. This episode is an invitation to take the outcome off the pedestal and put your becoming back at the center. Because the goal was never the thing. The goal is who you're becoming on the way there. introducing: the current My monthly membership is officially open. And as I mentioned in the episdoe, no launch strategy. No traditional rollout. Ep 303. The Fearless Warrior's Work Is Her Joy

Your joy is your magnetism. Not the hashtag choose joy version. The real one. The one where you choose your own life force, especially in the moments it is the hardest thing to do. In this episode I'm talking about what it actually means to be a woman connected to her life force, and what it looks like when we're not. I get honest about the fact that this doesn't come easy for me. I wasn't raised in a family that modeled joy or ease or everything always working out. I have to work for my alignment every single day, sometimes moment by moment. And I think that's exactly why this conversation matters. We talk about what it looks like to actually build this. Savoring the small things. Slowing down enough to let your nervous system believe it's allowed to. And doing a real life edit, looking at the conversations, the people, the way you're building your business, the way you're making money, and asking if any of it is actually bringing you joy. We do so much work uncovering our blocks and our limiting beliefs and it matters. But this is the next layer. This is the work of the fearless warrior we are all being invited to become right now.

Ep 302. The Feeling Is the Frequency

We're deep in eclipse season, and if you've been feeling foggy and unclear, this one's for you. Eclipse season isn't for pushing, it's for integrating. Whatever you've been learning for the last six months to a year, this is the universe making sure it's landed before you move forward. This episode is an invitation back to the basics. Instead of gripping and chasing external clarity, ask yourself how you want to feel, in your business, your calendar, your client work. That feeling holds a frequency, and that frequency is what you're emitting into your reality. I'm sharing the feelings and frequencies coming up for me right now, and why this isn't a one time thing. You'll be tested after this. But it's always for your highest good. Click here to snag my free training, The Mirror Method.

Ep 301. It's Okay to Not Have It All Figured Out

If you're in a season where you don't fully know what you want but you know exactly what you don't want anymore, this episode is for you. I'm sharing a moment from a trip to California last week that cracked something open for me, a prayer on a cliffside, a voice that came through in a meditation garden, and a message that changed how I've been moving in my business ever since. We're talking about contrast versus clarity, why not wanting to be busy or in boss mode right now is enough of an answer on its own, and how letting that be enough is actually what lets the universe start chiseling out the practical, tangible next steps. This is the piece that ties the last two episodes together. 🔥 Click here to learn about my 1 week intensive. ✨ Click here to book your 1:1 clarity session.

Ep 300. When Peace and Ambition Go to War

For the past few weeks, I've noticed a pattern. Not just in my own life, but in almost every conversation I've been having with women. Something is asking us to slow down. Not because we're lazy. Not because we've lost our ambition. But because something deeper is asking for our attention. In this episode, I'm sharing the questions I've been sitting with lately and the tension I've been feeling between two very different visions for my life and business. One voice tells me to think bigger. Scale faster. Make more. Become more. Build the impressive business. Chase the next milestone. The other quietly whispers that maybe peace is the success I've been looking for all along. What if the life you're working so hard to create isn't actually the one your soul wants anymore? We talk about the expectations we place on ourselves, the identities we've unconsciously adopted, and the subtle ways we build businesses and lives around who we think we're supposed to become instead of who we truly are. I also share a personal realization after looking at my own website and recognizing that I had built pieces of my brand around proving I belonged instead of simply expressing who I am. This conversation isn't about settling or playing small. It's about having the courage to question whether you're climbing the right mountain in the first place. Because sometimes the biggest shift isn't changing your strategy. It's changing the destination. I also share why I believe so many women are experiencing this right now, why I don't think it's random, and why these moments of questioning are preparing us for what's ahead rather than pulling us off course. If you've been feeling torn between who you've always been and who you're becoming... If success suddenly feels heavier than it used to or if there's a quiet part of you wondering whether you're building a life that actually belongs to you, this episode is for you. Ep 299. The Cost of Constantly Pushing

Have you ever looked around at your life and thought, Everything is working... so why does something still feel off? That's exactly where I find myself in this episode. I'm taking you behind the scenes of what I've been untangling in my own business and life—a season where the results are there, the clients are incredible, and on paper everything looks exactly how it "should." Yet underneath it all was a quiet feeling I couldn't keep talking myself out of. I share the analogy that kept coming to me this week: a CD that's trying to play but keeps skipping. It moves forward... then jumps back. That's what ignoring our intuition can feel like. We keep trying to push harder, convinced that once we reach the next milestone we'll finally feel settled. But sometimes the very thing we're trying to outrun is the invitation we've been needing all along. Inside this conversation, I talk about: Why we override the subtle signals our nervous system is sending us. The fear that comes with slowing down long enough to admit something isn't quite right. Why success doesn't mean you stop asking honest questions. The realization that I've been moving far too fast—and using busyness as an excuse to avoid being fully present. How the feelings we're chasing through our goals can only be experienced if we learn to embody them now, not someday. If you've been telling yourself, "Everything's fine. Just keep going," while quietly wondering whether there's another way... I think this episode will meet you exactly where you are. Sometimes the pause isn't a setback. Sometimes it's the redirection your soul has been asking for all along.

Ep 298. What Your Business Is Actually Returning To You with Sheila Botelho

What if the most important return your business gives you isn't the money? In this conversation, I'm joined by my dear friend, Sheila Botelho, to explore what ROI really means once revenue stops being the only metric we're paying attention to. So many of us have been conditioned to measure success by what our business produces financially. While revenue absolutely matters, it's only one part of the picture. We explore what shifts when we begin asking a different question: What is my business returning to me as a woman? We talk about the things that often don't show up on a profit and loss statement—the confidence you've built, the peace you've created, the freedom you've designed, the relationships you've cultivated, and the version of yourself your business has invited you to become. This conversation is an invitation to redefine success in a way that honors your values, your season of life, and what truly matters to you—not what you've been told should matter. In this episode, we discuss: Why revenue isn't the only meaningful measure of ROI. How our definition of success evolves as we grow. Measuring your business through the lens of the woman behind it. Creating a business that reflects your values, priorities, and current season of life. The intangible returns that often become the most meaningful ones. Giving yourself permission to define success on your own terms.
