Not only that, but they are also about to launch the Talent Acquisition Association of Australia – TAAA. This is a member-based industry association to drive the professionalism and standards of talent acquisition in the region. The TAAA will provide guidance and resources, lobby the government, be the voice of internal recruitment and test frameworks around new strategies and technologies. They have already signed on a number of vendor partners who will contribute data, whitepapers and special deals to members.
