Welcome to the Soothing Semantics podcast. My name is Rafi Pinsky and I am a former Infantryman of the IDF, hold a Bachelor's in Business from Brooklyn College, currently work In the Miami Dade and Broward areas of South Florida as a Realtor, and of course host this podcast. I have decided not to delve into one topic but rather to allow for open dialogue of all kinds. The main topics of discussion are Real Estate (investment and sales), finance, human psychology, and a sprinkle of martial arts. I hope you can learn something from the various guests on my show!

Rene Lacad is the founder and CEO of Lacadvertisement, a marketing company which has done more than $75 million in sales, has been mentioned in Forbes, Yahoo business and several other business platforms. Raised by a single mother, Rene grew up with little resources and a poverty mindset. It wasn't until he and a few friends decided to sell stolen stuffed animals from a crane machine did he start to understand the concept of entrepreneurship. Rene dropped out of college and opened Lacadvertisement which has helped scale the brands of incredibly notable names such as Gary Vaynerchuck and Tai Lopez. #186: Yishai Fleisher - The Facts Jews are Afraid to Admit

Yishai Fleisher has been on my guest most wanted list for some time now. Yishai is the international spokesperson for the city of Hebron, the founder of non-profit organization Kumah which helps connect diaspora Jews to Israel, a graduate of Cardozo Law, a former paratrooper, and a resident of the West Bank. Yishai has been on major media publications such as CNN, Al Jazeera, Fox, Vice, BBC and more. He has recently made several appearances on Piers Morgan where his raw and direct statements have put him on the frontlines of the pro-Israel voices online. Yishai has a sizeable YouTube channel with over 100k subscribers which is quickly growing, and I am honored to have been able to sit down and shmooze with him for over 2 hours. If you've seen some of my content on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict you'd know of my directness on the subject, but this was the most RAW and REAL episode I've uploaded to date and easily one of my favorite episodes.
