8 Products, One Ore Body, $560/Ton Margin: CEO Mark Smith on NioCorp's Updated Feasibility Study

CEO Mark Smith joins RedChip to break down NioCorp's (Nasdaq: NB) newly updated Elk Creek feasibility study and the company's expanding role in U.S. critical minerals supply.NioCorp Developments is advancing the Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project in Nebraska, a domestic source of niobium, scandium, titanium, and magnetic rare earth elements the U.S. currently imports at rates Smith details in the interview. As Smith explains, the updated feasibility study reflects "a tremendous amount of work" on metallurgy, with the project now positioned to produce eight distinct products from a single ore body — what he calls "a risk mitigation device for a mining company" rarely seen in the industry. The additional product streams translate directly to economics: Smith states the margin on the ore body is about $560 per ton of ore, against a mine plan of roughly one million tons of ore per year. On the scandium side, Smith discusses NioCorp's work with the Department of War, including the $10 million grant received in August 2025, and a newly announced non-binding memorandum of understanding with Lockheed Martin for the potential purchase of "up to 15 tons per year of scandium" from the Elk Creek operation. Smith also references the company's ongoing weekly discussions with the U.S. Export-Import Bank as it works toward financing to reach construction.Smith closes by describing scandium as one of the more overlooked pieces of NioCorp's portfolio today, but one he expects to become "one of the flashier pieces of our project" as the defense and aerospace applications gain traction. NioCorp holds locked-in offtake agreements covering 75% of planned niobium output with Thyssenkrupp and Traxys North America, alongside the largest scandium sales deal on record with Traxys.👉 NioCorp Developments (NB) is a client of RedChip. Tokenizing Wall Street: David Wachsman on Hawkeye Digital (OTC: HWKE)

Visit RedChip.com to learn David Wachsman, President of Hawkeye Digital, Inc. (OTC: HWKE), joins RedChip to break down a new platform built to bridge Wall Street and the digital asset industry.Hawkeye is building an integrated merchant banking and private equity platform focused on the institutionalization of digital assets. Rather than depending on token price swings, the Company earns advisory fees and minority stakes through merchant banking engagements, while its private equity arm acquires majority stakes in mature, cash-flow generating crypto businesses. Wachsman, who founded blockchain communications firm Wachsman in 2015, brings over a decade of advisory relationships across the industry's leading players to source proprietary deal flow that traditional PE firms and investment banks can't easily replicate. In the interview, Wachsman outlines Hawkeye's two business lines, the type of acquisition targets the Company looks for (established, cash-generating businesses with product-market fit rather than early-stage startups), and the opportunity he sees in the tokenization of real-world assets as Wall Street shifts to blockchain rails. He also discusses Hawkeye's leadership team, pairing his deal-sourcing network with decades of capital markets experience from co-founder Marty Sumichrast and the board.Hawkeye is executing a path toward a national exchange uplisting, backed by ThinkEquity as financial advisor, aiming to expand investor awareness, trading liquidity, and institutional ownership as the Company builds its portfolio.👉 Hawkeye Digital is a client of RedChip. Alliance Entertainment (Nasdaq: AENT): Building the Authentication Layer for Vinyl Collectors

Alliance Entertainment (Nasdaq: AENT) SVP of Sales & Marketing Jeffrey Smith joins RedChip to break down Alliance Authentic™, Alliance's new certified vinyl collectibles platform.Alliance sits structurally between the pressing plant and the consumer, certifying every record as uncirculated before it ever reaches retail — a position competitors can't replicate after the fact. Smith, who spent nearly a decade at Discogs, the world's largest vinyl marketplace, applies that collector insight directly: condition and provenance data are captured at the moment of preservation and travel permanently with the record through every future ownership transfer. Notably, 47% of Gen Z collectors say they don't mind paying a premium for records they'll cherish long-term — the exact behavior Alliance Authentic is built around. Each Alliance Authentic collectible contains an embedded NFC chip, powered by Endstate, which Alliance recently acquired and launched as Endstate Authentic LLC — a wholly owned authentication and resale subsidiary. This gives each physical record a permanent, verifiable digital identity and opens the door to recurring, high-margin revenue tied to resale and secondary-market royalties.Looking ahead, every authenticated transaction feeds Alliance's data on collector behavior, informing future curation and strengthening the case for new label and artist partnerships — a flywheel management believes compounds value across sourcing, authentication, and resale.👉 Alliance Entertainment is a client of RedChip. CEO Frank Basa on Nord Precious Metals' (OTCQB: NPMMF) 29 Veins Inside of One Historic Silver Camp

CEO Frank Basa joins RedChip to break down Nord Precious Metals' (TSXV: NTH | OTCQB: NPMMF) two-track strategy in one of Canada's richest historic silver districts.Nord controls the Castle Mine project in Ontario's historic cobalt-silver camp, where initial results came in at over 8,000 grams per tonne silver in narrow, one-to-two-foot-wide veins. The company's two-track approach pairs near-term production with ongoing exploration: reprocessing legacy tailings under Ontario's accelerated 1P1P recovery permit framework, while continuing to drill for new discoveries across an expanding vein system.Following a recent acquisition earlier this year, Nord holds a large tailings area with approximately 2.9 million recoverable ounces of silver, targeting treatment over roughly seven years at a minimum of 325,000 ounces annually. On the exploration side, a fully funded 30,000-metre drill program is underway at Castle East, where the company has identified 29 vein structures — up from an initial estimate of 10 — and is currently testing seven of them in a 5,000-metre second stage.👉 To learn more about Nord Precious Metals Mining and to read our full disclosure, visit: https://redchip.com/stocks/npmmf#NTH #NPMMF #NordPreciousMetals #SilverStocks #SilverMining #CriticalMinerals #Cobalt #JuniorMining #TSXV #SmallCapStocks #MicroCapStocks #InvestorEducation #StockInterviews #PreciousMetals

Paul Mann, CEO of ASP Isotopes (Nasdaq: ASPI), joins us to break down the company's shift from isotope developer to commercial-scale critical materials supplier.ASP Isotopes uses its proprietary Aerodynamic Separation Process and Quantum Enrichment technology to produce isotopes and critical gases for semiconductors, nuclear medicine, and clean energy.
