SOME segments of the market have more elevated activity than others and we are seeing multiple offers here and there. However for the most part, you as a buyer have time, selection and the power to negotiate on your side again. Sellers, you need to be priced sharply! If the comparables show your property as too high or priced just average, the market will pass you by. You need to be priced SHARP to the comparables to get the attention you desire.
