oooo yesss I'm so excited you're here! I know this is where I'm supposed to have a clean, clear and cohesive message about what you can expect from the Hey Beauty podcast, but, I don't have it. Because self-exploration and evolution isn't linear or done in a step-by-step fashion. It's more of a spiral filled with detours and pivots and it's messy as fck. So there is no single way to describe the conversations or the "niche" this podcast fits into so I'm not even gonna bother trying. Also - I really hate feeling boxed in and want the freedom to talk about anything...so yah...hey beauty LOL But what I can promise you is that we don't do surface level and we don't skirt around the truth. We are gonna go deep and we are gonna get down and dirty with everything YOU - knowing you, honouring you and owning ALL of you! I want you to walk away from these convos feeling witnessed, seen, and sometimes provoked. Because that's another thing about growth - it rarely feels good in the moment. SO yes, some of these topics will be triggering and they will uncover some shit you've been maybe trying to avoid or didn't even know were there, but I got you.
