About the show

The Rich Friends Show is a conversation for women who already know what they want and are done waiting for permission. This show is for women who have built, carried, achieved, and endured and are now choosing ease over effort, presence over performance, and self-trust over stress. Each episode is a reflection on presence, power, and permission. The conversations are about recognizing what has already shifted and learning how to move from that place with clarity and authority. Listeners come to this show when something no longer fits, but nothing is “wrong.” When the desire isn’t to start over, but to move differently. When relief feels more honest than motivation. When visibility no longer requires performance, and rest no longer needs justification. This is a space for women who are done negotiating with the life they want. Women who trust their instincts, honor their evolution, and are ready to lead from alignment rather than endurance. If you’ve outgrown the version of success you worked hard to build and are ready to move with calm confidence, this conversation will feel familiar. You already know what to do.

To reserve a spot, interested individuals can join the waitlist at TMacInspired.com/Tampa.Episode Content:In this episode, TMac shares a deeply personal story, one that significantly impacted her journey and hindered her from achieving milestones and goals in both business and personal life. The central theme of this narrative is the profound influence of mental clarity.TMac acknowledges that some may perceive this topic as elementary or cliché, but she underscores its critical importance for entrepreneurs constantly immersed in various activities, groups, and late-night research endeavors. Despite investing in courses, classes, mentorships, and masterminds, many entrepreneurs find their businesses stagnating due to a lack of mental clarity. How does one attain mental clarity? TMac initiates the discussion by recounting her own experiences. At a certain point, her business was generating approximately $20,000 a month, but she couldn't break through that financial ceiling.Realizing that she was personally involved in every aspect of her business, TMac identified that her inability to delegate was a significant impediment to growth. To regain mental clarity, she began by meticulously listing every task she performed in her business.A comparative analysis was drawn between her tasks and the responsibilities of a CEO, revealing a significant misalignment. She had neglected delegation. To restore clarity, TMac documented her aspirations for her business, income, and daily routine. She then formulated affirmations grounded in these desires, making it a daily practice to recite them. Remarkably, these affirmations seemed to clear her path, leading to substantial business growth and a monthly revenue of $50,000. When she encountered a growth plateau once more, she repeated the process while focusing on delegating and automating tasks.TMac emphasizes that delegation need not be expensive and can even involve family members or hiring a VA at an affordable rate. The core message is that a cluttered mind is the root cause of stagnation. To assist listeners in gaining mental clarity, TMac generously shares the "Inspire Her" journal and a seven-day challenge. The challenge's purpose is to facilitate the decluttering of minds, helping participants achieve the prosperous life they desire. TMac pledges to monitor progress and support participants throughout the journey.Closing:TMac encourages all listeners to take immediate action, text INSPIRED to 844.439.9441 to receive the journal, and engage wholeheartedly in the seven-day challenge. It involves completing just one page per day and reciting one affirmation daily.
