Sinlessness is when the desire to attack is gone. This section gives a hard look at how are thoughts and attacks hurt us and others. When the will of God is not this, so why would we make this choice to attack and live in this struggle.
In episodes 179 and 180 i read in the course about The Holy Ground We Stand on with our brother. And the Holy Ground was mostly referenced when we were in some sort of disagreement or attack mode with someone else. Talking about it today because we often face this in our life.
Some days seem like a struggle to keep in a positive mindset. Many people really struggle with mental health and emotional health issues. My mindset is far from perfect but the Mind of Christ in the Course of Miracles teaching helps with my mindset.
In the world most people feel attack and defense is what keeps us safe. In God's Truth Innocence is what makes safe. We do some strange things to get to results that dont work. God truth is available to teach us what works.
I was listening to episode #160 about doing a real estate open house up north and having time to listen to several podcast on the Course in Miracles and I thought it is a good time to talk about "Learning Periods".
I was relistening to some of the recordings this past weekend and they were an instant boost to my mindset. This 200 show is a reminder to go back and listen to the shows again. A couple of my favorites were on the Holy Instant and Littleness vs Magnitude.
"God builds the bridge, but only in the space left clean and vacant by the miracle." Thats from the text and then the question is have I left space clean and vacant for this to happen.
The course in Miracles asks very little of anyone following it. It asks to give up illusions and see others as sinless. It asks that our function is forgiveness, so is this little to ask?
To expand on the peace of God shining in you, the Love of God is within you and you can feel the love now!
The lesson for today is that the peace of God is shining in me now and I thought this is a great message to share with you to start your day and your week!
