Portugal gave me space to heal

Our latest guests story is about survival to healing. This week Dylan is joined by Adele Perrenoud, born in Thailand, spent a large part of her life in Switzerland and now living in Portugal. In 2021, after a severe COVID infection, Adele spent two months in the hospital and 35 days in a medically induced coma. This experience transformed her relationship with health, resilience, and natural healing. She shares, amongst other things, more about her story, how she helps others in their healing and how Portugal was the perfect place for her to heal and recover.
