The Olympics & the power of OWN IT energy

Energy is powerful. It affects us all, and this is why such a large part of the work I do (on myself & with clients) is energetics.Over a period of 4 days I noticed a big shift in energy and how it related to the Olympics (the drama & chaos that then turned into inspiration, passion, fire...)I also recognized the energy I was feeling - specifically coming from the US Women gymnastics team - was affecting me -> lighting a fire within me when it comes to my dreams & desires, and also leading me to stepping up my game in boxing (watch out ha ha).
