She is also the General Coordinator of the Worth-in-Womanhood ministry.

Charles is married to Plautilah Charles Msigwa, a dedicated Nursing Officer at a regional hospital, and together they are blessed with three sons: Frank, an undergraduate candidate, and Yohana and Charles Junior, both in secondary school. Charles has been a devout follower of Christ since 1987 and is deeply passionate about providing integral mission services, particularly to disadvantaged communities in remote areas.
