Dimensions of Honoring Cycles

In this solo episode of Multidimensional Transmissions, I’m taking a moment to pause, reflect, and close out the first installment of the Wisdom Keepers series.Over the past several months, I’ve had the privilege of sitting down with ten extraordinary teachers, mentors, and wisdom holders to explore life, healing, creativity, leadership, spirituality, and what it means to live in alignment with what matters most. The conversations were rich, inspiring, and deeply nourishing, and I share some reflections on what has stayed with me as this chapter comes to a close. As we move into summer, I also explore the theme that emerged for June through my monthly resource card practice: Desire. As we move into a new season, this is a beautiful time to reflect: What do you actually want? What are you craving? What is calling to you from deep within? I share honestly about my own experience navigating the past year and a half, including the challenges of a major website rebuild for Competitive Advantage, the tension between creative work and strategic obligations, and the importance of periodically stepping back to reassess where our energy is going. This episode is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what feels meaningful, satisfying, and alive.Tune in to hear more. And…as the podcast takes a pause for the summer, I hope you'll revisit any episodes that resonated with you, or perhaps explore the Wisdom Keepers conversations if you haven't yet had the chance. The podcast will return in September with new episodes!Links: Learn more about how you can work with SaraConnect with Sara on FacebookFollow Sara on InstagramSubscribe to Sara’s newsletter

Wisdom Keepers: Dimensions of Susan Jewkes Allen

In this installment of the Wisdom Keepers series, I am joined by Susan Jewkes Allen, founder of the Synthesis Center San Francisco, which is currently evolving into the Psychosynthesis Institute. Susan was a meaningful mentor during an important transition in my own life,  supporting me during the period when I was leaving my work as a guidance counselor and stepping into building my own business and body of work.Susan takes us on a journey through her lifelong attunement to the “inner life,” a sensitivity that began in childhood and led her through decades of exploring creativity, leadership, meaning-making, and transformation.Together, we explore the tension between sensing the mystical or transpersonal dimensions of life and the vital work of grounding those experiences into everyday living, relationship, and contribution. Susan shares the story of being “bitten by the psychosynthesis mosquito” and how discovering psychosynthesis gave language and structure to many of the questions, experiences, and dimensions of human life she had long been exploring. Over time, this path evolved into a deep commitment to teaching, collaboration, and helping bring psychosynthesis to future generations of practitioners and seekers.Susan Jewkes Allen is the founder of Synthesis Center San Francisco, now evolving into the Psychosynthesis Institute (Pi): Tools for Personal and Social Transformation. For more than three decades, her work has explored psychosynthesis and transpersonal psychology as pathways toward greater coherence, meaning, responsibility, and participation in the world.Drawing from psychosynthesis, depth psychology, contemplative practice, and lived experience, Susan’s approach holds the psyche as a living whole, inclusive of suffering and aspiration, instinct and imagination, will and relationship. She has a particular interest in creativity, purposeful life design, and supporting leaders and emerging leaders navigating significant life and professional transitions. Her work explores healing as a threshold into deeper purpose, presence, and contribution within both personal and collective life.Susan also writes Synthesis Muse, a reflective Substack exploring psychology as a living conversation through essays, practices, and inquiry grounded in both soul and everyday life. https://synthesismuse.substack.com/Tune in to hear more. Links: Learn more about the Psychosynthesis InstituteLearn more about how you can work with SaraConnect with Sara on FacebookFollow Sara on InstagramSubscribe to Sara’s newsletter

Wisdom Keepers: Dimensions of Anne Yeomans

In this installment of the Wisdom Keepers series, I am joined by Anne Yeomans for a conversation that traces the quiet, guiding red thread that shapes a life of deep service and spiritual inquiry. Anne invites us beyond linear ways of understanding and into a more expansive relationship with the cosmos, sharing how an early moment of grace became an orienting force in her life and work.Together, we explore the alchemical interplay of grace, will, and desire and the profound, often countercultural act of turning inward in a world that prizes constant outward engagement. Anne speaks to the creation of sacred, sometimes unconventional spaces for women, and her years facilitating women’s circles in both the United States and Russia. We also touch into her unexpected relationship with poetry—how it began arriving rather than being pursued, and what it has meant to receive language in this way. Her life reflects a deep attunement to the intelligent, guiding force that emerges when we learn to listen. This conversation points us back to a place of inner balance, where we can reconnect with our own inherent wisdom.Anne Yeomans has been a psychotherapist for over 50 years. She has facilitated dialogue groups and sacred women’s circles for decades in both the US and Russia. She is the co-founder of The Women's Well, an organization devoted to the healing and empowerment of women and girls and the reclaiming of the sacred feminine. She is also the editor of Willing to Love, in which she authored a chapter. A lifelong social activist, she is also a mother of two and a grandmother of five.Tune in to hear more. Links: Get a copy of We Used To Call Her MotherGet a copy of Willing to Love: Stories of the Couple's Journey as a Path of TransformationWomens WellReach out to Anne at AnneYeomans@gmail.comLearn more about how you can work with SaraConnect with Sara on FacebookFollow Sara on InstagramSubscribe to Sara’s newsletter
