One More | Pastor Daniel Ethridge | Liberty Live Church

The message emphasizes that Jesus’ heart is focused on the lost, and the church should share that same passion for reaching people who do not know Him. Through the parables of the lost sheep and lost coin in Luke 15, we see that every individual matters to God, and heaven celebrates whenever one sinner repents. As believers, we are called not only to pray for those who are far from God but also to intentionally pursue relationships with them through love, kindness, invitations, and everyday conversations. Acts 1:8 reminds us that every Christian is called to be a witness, and sharing our faith does not require having every answer but simply being willing to share our story and point others toward Jesus. We should focus on helping people take one step closer to Christ rather than feeling pressured to lead them through their entire spiritual journey in one conversation. The ultimate goal is to see the lost found, lives changed, and people come into a relationship with Jesus. The challenge is to identify our “one,” pray for them daily, pursue opportunities to share the gospel, and actively participate in the mission of reaching our communities and the world. More Fruit | Pastor Grant Ethridge | Liberty Live Church

God doesn’t just want MORE from you. He wants MORE for you!In John 15, Jesus reminds us that He is the true vine and we are the branches. Just as a branch cannot produce fruit apart from the vine, we cannot live a fruitful life apart from Him.As we continue our MORE series, Pastor Grant shares how God uses pruning, perseverance, and our daily relationship with Jesus to produce MORE fruit in our lives. Sometimes growth requires cutting away things that hold us back, but God’s purpose is always to make us more like Christ. The key to a fruitful life isn’t trying harder or doing more. It’s staying connected to Jesus!“You cannot get to fruitful without being faithful.”God wants to produce MORE in you so He can do MORE through you! The Church in Laodicea | Pastor Daniel Ethridge | Liberty Live Church

The sermon focuses on Jesus’ message to the church in Laodicea in Revelation 3:14–22, emphasizing the dangers of spiritual complacency and self-sufficiency. It explains that being lukewarm in faith means lacking the commitment and passion needed to live faithfully for God. The cause of this condition is pride and the belief that material wealth and personal success mean a person has everything they need, while ignoring their spiritual poverty. The document teaches that true spiritual riches come from Christ, illustrated by the imagery of gold refined by fire, white clothes, and ointment for the eyes. It emphasizes that God corrects and disciplines those He loves, calling believers to be zealous and repent. Jesus’ invitation to stand at the door and knock demonstrates His desire for a personal relationship with those who hear His voice and welcome Him. Ultimately, the message calls Christians to examine their spiritual condition, depend on Christ rather than themselves, and live with renewed faith, commitment, and obedience to God. The Church at Philadelphia | Pastor Grant Ethridge | Liberty Live Church

This message focuses on Jesus’ letter to the church in Philadelphia and the importance of remaining faithful when God provides opportunities. Jesus is described as holy, true, and the one who holds the “key of David,” meaning He has ultimate authority to open and close doors in our lives. The sermon emphasizes that believers should trust God’s timing rather than forcing opportunities themselves, recognizing that God can use even our “little power” for great purposes. It also highlights historical periods of spiritual revival and encourages believers to pray for another awakening and to participate in what God is doing. The message warns that opportunities from God often bring opposition, but believers should not become discouraged because God is able to fight their battles and protect His people. The promised outcome for those who remain faithful is protection, honor, a new identity in Christ, and an eternal place with God. Ultimately, the sermon challenges Christians to hold on, overcome opposition, faithfully proclaim Jesus, and remember that while salvation is a free gift, each person must choose to receive it.

The Church at Thyatira | Pastor Zac Ethridge | Liberty Live Church

The letter to the church at Thyatira shows that Jesus sees both the good works and the hidden sins of His church. Although the believers at Thyatira were growing in love, faith, service, and perseverance, they tolerated false teaching and sexual immorality. Jesus, whose eyes see everything, exposes sin not to shame people but to lead them toward repentance, healing, and grace. He warns that continued refusal to repent brings judgment, while those who turn back to Him can receive mercy. The passage calls Christians to honor God with their bodies, reject sexual immorality, and allow Christ to purify His church. Jesus also promises authority and eternal fellowship with those who remain faithful, teaching that those who will reign with Christ must first allow Christ to rule them. Ultimately, the message is a call to hear Jesus, repent of sin, trust His greater grace, and remain faithful until He comes. The letter to the church at Thyatira shows that Jesus sees both the good works and the hidden sins of His church. The Church at Pergamum | Pastor Grant Ethridge | Liberty Live Church

The church is called to remain faithful to Jesus, proclaim the gospel, make disciples, and reach the lost before it is too late. Jesus’ message to the church at Pergamum challenges believers to uphold biblical truth even while living in a culture hostile to Christianity. Although the church remained faithful under persecution, Jesus warned that compromise from within could be just as destructive as persecution from without. The teachings of Balaam and the Nicolaitans illustrate the dangers of tolerating false teaching, idolatry, immorality, and a distorted understanding of grace. Jesus calls His church to repent , reject compromise, and live distinctly as salt and light rather than becoming indistinguishable from the surrounding culture. Those who overcome are promised Christ’s provision, represented by the hidden manna, the white stone of acceptance, and a new name that reflects their identity in Him. The message ultimately calls every believer and the church as a whole to stop postponing obedience— “someday” is no day; today is the day to follow Jesus, serve Him, and embrace what God wants to do next. Letter to Smyrna | Pastor Dalton Stoltz | Liberty Live Church

The letter to the church in Smyrna shows how Jesus calls believers to remain faithful even when following Him becomes costly. Jesus reminds the suffering church that He is “the First and the Last,” who died and rose again, assuring them that He understands suffering and has power over death. Although Smyrna was poor, persecuted, and under intense pressure, Jesus declared that they were truly rich because He valued eternal faithfulness over earthly wealth and success. Jesus did not promise that their suffering would disappear; instead, He told them not to fear, explaining that their trials were limited and ultimately under His authority. He called them to be faithful unto death, promising them the “crown of life,” a victor’s wreath representing eternal reward. The examples of Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, Esther, Stephen, and later Polycarp demonstrate that genuine faithfulness means choosing Christ regardless of the outcome. Ultimately, the church of Smyrna teaches that the greatest crown is not earthly wealth, comfort, influence, or recognition, but remaining faithful to Jesus until the end. The Church in Ephesus | Pastor Daniel Ethridge | Liberty Live Church

Jesus commended the church in Ephesus for their hard work, endurance, intolerance of evil, discernment of false teaching, and willingness to persevere through persecution. However, despite doing many things right, they had abandoned their first love and were no longer pursuing Jesus with the same passion they once had. Their example shows that it is possible to serve God, defend truth, and endure hardship while losing the love and relationship that should motivate everything we do. Jesus calls them to remember how far they had fallen, repent by turning away from what caused them to grow cold, and return to the works and passionate pursuit they had at first. This reminds us that our service and ministry mean little if they are not rooted in a genuine love for Jesus, because the Christian life is ultimately about loving Him in response to His love for us. Jesus gives us the same invitation today: to examine our hearts, return to our first love, and fully commit our lives to Him.
