Goal is to help others shine their brightest. Title: Get junk out of your living room, garage and out of your life. https://www.instagram.com/highfitsunshine/ Teaching fitness has fulfilled one of my dreams ever since I was a teenager. When I was in high school, my cute gym teacher taught an aerobics class. She made exercise fun; she taught eating healthy without stressing… aging didn’t seem to matter to her because she was fit and enjoying every second and loved spreading that joy to us!!! Watching her I knew I wanted to do the same! And this weekend was a milestone that made me look back and be really glad about how far I’ve come!!!!! You’re looking at the newest AFAA certified fitness instructor! You might be saying what does that mean?! Don’t you already teach classes?! Yes, but before I was only certified in specific class formats (formats I love!!) Now I’m nationally accredited and my teaching options just went through the roof!!!! I LOVE teaching fitness and I love any chance I have to grow! ❤️❤️❤️ I say something like this at the end of most of my classes: When we look in the mirror it’s easy to focus on where we lack and what we don’t like about ourselves…. and to that I say NO! It’s more important to look back at how far we’ve come!!!!! As we cheer ourselves on every day and remind ourselves we are awesome!!!!! … we will be more courageous in tackling our weaknesses and building them into strengths (one percent better little by little!!) because we will have the confidence that YES! WE! CAN! So, there's my pump-up speech. When you look in the mirror today remind yourself how INCREDIBLE you are!!!! … and look back on the amazing things you’ve done!!! … I promise that will give you more courage to do more and be more than any “shoulding all over yourself” can do! It will help you accomplish your goals and feel better while doing it! ❤️😍
