Baker Spring is a policy expert specializing in national security, foreign policy, treaty ratification, arms control, non-proliferation policy, missile defense, and defense budget issues. He has extensive experience in working with members of Congress, at the staff level, as a policy analyst on Capitol Hill, and as a Fellow with the U.S. Senate Committee on the Budget.
We spent a half hour discussing the 12 factors that the Review Committee for the Default Clock uses to determine how close the US Government is to actually defaulting on its debt, which would be a very scary prospect for the world's economy.
