This is an advocacy podcast. I am advocating for parents to enroll their children into a custodial stock account, immediately! No excuses. I am particularly advocating that for Black parents. Many within the Black community complain about "wealth gaps". One simple, clear and effective way to start decreasing that "wealth gap" is to enroll Black children, youth and teenagers into a custodial stock account, immediately! This podcast talks about the how, the when, and the why of that position, and also reports on my monthly financial literacy workshops I do in Louisville, Kentucky. All those workshops I do in low income and/or socially disadvantaged communities.
Improving our respective financial situations is NOT primarily going to come through the go vernment unless you want to define yourself as the "government". It is through our own efforts (in a free society based on a free market system) that we are each going to build wealth, and create passive income.
