Paychex has a history of supporting not only Veterans, but also active members of the U.S. military as well as their spouses. One example is our military spouse hiring initiative. To learn more about the personal and professional experience of being a military spouse, we sat down with Casey Noble, a Service Partner in the Multi-Product Service Center. Casey’s husband Mark serves in the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army, and they live on the Fort Bragg base in North Carolina.

The Hollywood depictions of Tourette Syndrome don’t tell the whole story. On May 15, the Tourette Association of America will kick off a month-long campaign to raise awareness for this somewhat misunderstood neurodevelopmental disorder. To show our support and explore the ways that Tourette affects and presents in different people, we spoke with SMB Service Specialist Claudine Venuto and her son Nick. Nick has Tourette Syndrome and served as a Youth Ambassador for Tourette Association of America in South Carolina.

She grew up the daughter of a small business owner (her father a mechanic who immigrated to the U.S. from Hungary), and now she helps Paychex serve our micro business segment as an HR Services Region Manager. As part of our Women’s History Month celebration, Nicole Csiszar talks about women who have influenced her, some of her biggest lessons learned, and how we can elevate female colleagues.
