This is a deeply personal and vulnerable solo episode with your girl, Natalie Rose! At the heart of it all lies the profound influence my 7th grade art teacher, Mr. Coleman, had on my career. How he single-handedly shaped the trajectory of my life. I talk about the power of mentorship (good and bad) how even horrible bosses can be ultimately positive to experience. This is more than just a story—it's a nod to leaning into who you're truly meant to do...the power of embracing who you are.
