Bringing Hope to Northwest Indiana

Loving and serving sometimes looks like a chainsaw, sweat, and heavy equipment. On the afternoon of Tuesday, August 11, a derecho traveled 330 miles across multiple Midwest states, producing numerous tornadoes in Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. In Northwest Indiana alone, over 183,000 customers were still without power 24 hours after the impact of the tornadoes that touched down. Over three weeks, our team has been able to serve through Mass Feeding, a Rapid Response heavy team, and a. full Rapid Response deployment. Today we're humbled to give you an on-the-ground update from Rapid Response Director, Dustin Sullivan. Please join us in prayer for this community as they recover more and more each day!
