From maxing out credit cards in his 20's to building a $100K portfolio by 32

Josh spent his early 20s racking up consumer debt. Holidays, nights out and a car he couldn't afford. With his 30s approaching, he decided it was time to turn himself from a debt collecting spender, to an investor.
