Welcome to Gen Z on Leadership. In my podcast, I will interview individuals in leadership positions. I have interviewed leaders in all areas of professional life including politics, education, nonprofit and military. These are burning questions that I as a young person want to know. #19 Peter Collins: Brigadier General, Retired, USMC

Collins served as a Marine JAG officer for 30 years. Collins has his bachelor's in Management from the University of Mississippi, his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, and his LLM(Masters of Law) from Tulane University. He has extensive experience in International law and has worked all over the world, including spending much of his time in the Pacific region, in countries such as Japan, South Korea, and Sri Lanka. Throughout the interview, Collins shared valuable personal anecdotes about his time in the Marine Corps. Whether it be his decades of leadership experience, legal experience, or international experience, I am confident that you will get something out of the interview. #18 Luke Schumacher: Veteran, Lawyer, and Scholar

Luke is a Culver Military Academy graduate, and he studied his undergraduate at the USMA at West Point. He served as an Army Intelligence Officer for over seven years. With the U.S. Army, he served all over the world, including spending time in Afghanistan, South Korea, and Palau, just to name a few. He received Masters of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge in Political Thought & Intellectual History, and he holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School. Senator Pol represents District 4 in the Indiana General Assembly. Pol attended Indiana University Bloomington and majored in political science, music, and psychology. He also got his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He has previously worked as the City Attorney for Gary Indiana and as a public defender in the Indiana State Public Defender's Office. He is currently 39 and the youngest member serving in the Indiana Senate. Not only does Senator Pol have notable leadership experience but he also has phenomenal life advice.
