Don't forget, the next 6 reports will still be tied to decisions made from the Biden Administration. President Trump has already made 80 presidential orders. Seem fast? Well, it's due to the fact that campaigning for midterm elections start in 16 months. If the President can show energy prices and interest rates going down, the 30 year mortgage at or below 5%, then he could pick up 50 seats in the House. Today on Financial Revelations, David talks about the importance of creating a budget, and along with an article from the Wall Street Journal, has come up with a list of his favorite budgeting apps. Ranging from free to $14.99 a month, the mobile apps can help you see where your money is going and allows you to link external accounts to easily create your budget. This week on Financial Revelations David wants to go over some resolutions to get you on your way to financial success. Start an emergency fund, idealy 3-6 months of your "have to" expenses. Get to know your budget, set up goal to put money into savings. Stop abusing consumer debt, ie credit cards. Don't spend what you don't have. Learn to live on 85% of your take home pay. Live on less than what you make. Life insurance. It doesn't need to be expensive. Begin giving. Find a cause or a church to donate to, any amount will help those in need. Stay educated. No matter how old you are. Become a debt assassin. You have got to live as debt free as possible. We made it! What an eventful 2024.  A great year in the market, Palantir Tech a great stock to have owned.  Crypto started at 18k and topped out last week at 106k! But is it a risk asset? Interest rates started high and now close to pre 2020 levels. Two assassination attempts on a presidential candidate. The 2024 election and a sitting president not running for re-election. A change in the economic ethos. The summer Olympics; USA dominates! The Chevron deference; curtailing power of federal agencies.
