Foreign Home Buyers BANNED ?

Not exactly! Be sure to check out this clip from @citynewsKitchenerThis ban is primarily aimed at appeasing voters who do not understand how easy it is for foreign buyers to circumvent this new policy. Many people will still be exempt from this ban (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, foreign nationals, etc.), and the fines in place are far too low to make any difference. Our government needs to be more focused on how the rising interest rates are still not combating inflation. Faisal outlines areas that the government should focus on instead of smoke and mirror distractions.
