Meet our founder Dominic Pym and Group CEO Judy Anderson-Firth. In episode 1 we discuss how they came together to build Euphemia, and what their awesome vision is for the family office, as well as the Australian Startup Ecosystem.  Renowned entrepreneur, executive and ‘guru’ in the Australian fintech industry, Dom (@dompym)  has been recognised as Outstanding Fintech Leader of the Year in 2022 by three different industry bodies (Fintech Australia, Australian Fintech & Pause Awards C-Suite leader of the year).He has successfully launched and led multiple ventures, most notably co-founding Ferocia, one of Australia's top technology companies, which built Up, Australia’s first, fastest growing and most loved digital bank.In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavours, Dom has been actively involved in supporting and promoting the fintech ecosystem in Australia. He has participated as a mentor and advisor for startups, sharing his expertise and providing guidance to emerging entrepreneurs in the industry. He is passionate about fostering innovation and driving positive change in the financial sector.Judy (@fasttrackjudy) was previously the CEO of Startup Victoria (now known as The Startup Network), Australia’s largest startup community with over 60,000 people in the network. She believes in the power of community and equal access to opportunity as a pathway to entrepreneurial success.An alumni of the Airtree Explorers pilot program, Judy is an angel investor and advocate for investing in women founders & funders across the Australian startup ecosystem. She is a respected advisor to the Australian tech sector and serves as advisory board Chair at LUNA and is a board observer at Birchal on behalf of Euphemia, amongst others.
