Ep 491: Secret Skills to Have People Like You

Be Comfortable With Your Message: The Entrepreneur Mindset Shift That Changes Everything I just got off a podcast interview, and the interviewer kept trying to put me into a box. First, don't ever let yourself be put into a box. And don't try to put someone else into one, either. But what really stood out to me was this question: Are you comfortable with the message you're sharing with the world? Not comfortable because you have all the answers, but comfortable enough that your message becomes an invitation rather than a performance. The interviewer told me he'd never heard someone connect energy and money, internal dialogue, business psychology, marketing, and energetics in the same conversation. It challenged his perspective. At first, I was stretching his comfort zone. But by the end of our conversation, he said, "I can see why this matters." That's the power of sharing your truth with confidence instead of trying to fit someone else's expectations. If you're here for the first time, I'm Sheevaun Moran, a quantum success coach and spiritual business coach, and this is Driving for Your Success. My hypothesis—after more than 500 of these episodes—is that sometimes five minutes is all you need to get out of your own way. Transformation takes longer than five minutes. But one idea can create a shift that echoes throughout your entire day. So ask yourself: Are you comfortable with your message? Are you comfortable with how you communicate? Are you comfortable admitting what you know—and what you don't know? One of the biggest entrepreneur mindset shifts is realizing that you don't need to teach something the moment you learn it. When you rush to preach, people feel the pressure. When you speak from lived experience, people feel the invitation. What if your greatest influence came through quiet confidence instead of trying to convince? Comfort is found in your pauses. Comfort is found in silence. Comfort is found in truly listening instead of simply waiting for your turn to speak. Are you comfortable asking questions without already knowing the answer? Are you comfortable being curious? Curiosity unlocks more opportunities than certainty ever will. It's also one of the greatest CEO mindset tools you can develop because curiosity keeps you adaptable, creative, and connected. And here's the big one: Are you comfortable being consistent? Consistency is what creates momentum, trust, and results. The world is changing rapidly, and successful conscious entrepreneurs know they must adapt. That doesn't always mean changing your message—it often means finding a better way to communicate it so people can hear it. Sometimes the message stays the same. The delivery evolves. That's part of business energy alignment. It's learning to communicate from authenticity while staying open to new approaches. If you've been wondering how to manifest business success or searching for energetic solutions that create lasting results, start by becoming more comfortable with your own voice. Comfort creates confidence. Confidence creates consistency. And consistency creates transformation. So today, ask yourself: Where are you comfortable? Where are you uncomfortable? And are you willing to take one more step toward the business and life you're here to create? I'm Sheevaun Moran. Thanks for joining me on Driving for Your Success. If this message resonated with you, subscribe, like, share, and leave a comment. Together, we'll continue making the entrepreneur mindset shift that leads to greater impact, stronger business energy alignment, and lasting success. I'll see you on the inside. Ep 490: Ownership Unlocks Massive Abundance

We have so many disparate ideas about what ownership means. I was talking with a client the other day, and it's not the first time this has come up, especially when it comes to team members. We're often taught not to take ownership. We're taught to point the finger, to share the blame. But as an entrepreneur and business owner, you're responsible for every result. And if you're not, then let's talk. You're responsible for the results of your staff and your team. I've helped countless business owners understand this concept of owning the situation, owning the results, owning the income, owning the staffing, owning what your staff does and doesn't do, owning the choices, the non-choices, the mistakes, and the indecisions. Owning it all. I've heard people say so many times, "But that's on me." Yes, it's on you. It is on you. It's always on you if you own the business. People say, "The speed of the leader is the speed of the team." I say, "The energy of the leader is the success of the team." If the leader has clear energy, clear direction, is willing to take ownership, and is willing to do what it takes—willing to step in, step up, and step through—then the team succeeds. "Step through" is the hardest part. We'll get to that in another video because that's a big topic on its own. Ownership is about recognizing that you knew a person wasn't working out, but you kept them because you were being nice. I've done that. Follow & Let's Get in Touch! Ep 489: Reality Distortion Field

There are two realities we face every day. The first is the reality of what we want. The second is the reality of what we currently have. And then there is a third reality that often sneaks in: the ghost reality of negativity. It's the voice that focuses on what could go wrong because something similar happened before. These realities exist in paradox. They don't simply sit side by side. One of them will always dominate your attention. Most of us have been trained to focus on the worst-case scenario. We've been taught to prepare for what might go wrong, to expect limitations, and to brace for disappointment. But the reality you want requires something different. It requires you to learn how to shape your focus, make intentional choices, and hold steady to a vision even when things feel uncertain. It requires getting comfortable with where you're going, even when the road is bumpy. Creating something that doesn't yet exist in your current circumstances can feel messy. Your mind may resist it. Old beliefs, doubts, and fears create conflict with the future you're trying to build. Think about Steve Jobs and what many people called his "reality distortion field." He saw possibilities that others couldn't see. He held a vision long before it became reality. Without that ability to believe in something beyond current circumstances, many of the innovations we take for granted today might never have existed. The reality you want cannot be smaller than the reality you're currently living. Yet many people become trapped by their present circumstances. They focus so intensely on where they are that they lose sight of where they want to go. They become stuck in the mud because they can't yet see the path forward. Across spiritual teachings and wisdom traditions, there is the idea that faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains. What people don't often explain is what that kind of faith actually looks like. It means holding onto your vision with calmness and certainty. It means moving forward without desperation. It means trusting that you're on the right path, even when it feels uncomfortable or frightening. Faith is a muscle. Unfortunately, we're rarely taught how to strengthen it. We're taught how to strengthen fear, worry, anxiety, tension, and stress. We become experts in those emotions. But faith, trust, and possibility require practice too. There are people who live more magical lives, not because they're lucky, but because they create from where they're going rather than from where they are. The question is: Do you want to create from your current circumstances, or from the future you're called to build? If you're ready to create from where you're going, reach out. I'd love to help. Ep 488: Why Your Best Month is Followed by a Dip

I often help clients through a very specific cycle. It starts with finally getting what they want, followed by what I call the pit of despair. Here's how it usually works. You build up energy, beliefs, patterns, and expectations around something you want. Maybe it is more money, more success, a bigger business, or a major goal. You think about it constantly. You visualize it. You work toward it. You send the emails, make the calls, and do everything you believe you are supposed to do. Then suddenly, things start happening. The opportunities arrive. The money comes in. The growth begins. And then, almost immediately, you crash. That crash is important to understand. What usually happens is that you hit an internal wall. A subconscious limit. A place where part of you believes, "This is enough," even though another part of you knows you want more. The truth is, human beings naturally expand. Once we experience growth, we often desire more growth. That drive itself is not wrong. It is part of how we evolve. The key is learning how to pursue more in a way that is authentic and aligned with who you really are, not through performance or comparison. Everyone has their own rhythm, personality, and way of creating success. Your path will not look like anyone else's. Most people experience success in waves. They rise, then fall. Rise, then fall. Peak and valley over and over again until eventually they become exhausted and want to quit. Ironically, that moment is often right before the breakthrough. But most people do not understand the process. They do not know how to recover from burnout mentally, emotionally, energetically, and physically. Burnout is not just physical exhaustion. It is also mental fatigue. Your mind gets tired from constantly pushing toward the next level. And when the mind gets tired, the body follows. This is the stage where quitting becomes tempting. I have seen it thousands of times. People quit while building businesses, launching courses, expanding financially, selling companies, or pursuing meaningful goals. There are also smaller quits along the way. Quiet moments where people slowly pull back from their own potential. The important thing to realize is that many of those quitting patterns were learned. Most people were conditioned to operate only within a certain level of success, visibility, or comfort. Going beyond that can feel unfamiliar or even unsafe. Some people call this fear of success. I see it differently. I believe many people simply reach a level where life becomes "okay," and they were taught that okay is enough. I disagree with that. You are capable of growth beyond survival, beyond settling, and beyond repeating the same peaks and valleys. What you really want is what I call an upward trending spiral. Growth that continues sustainably, without constantly crashing back down. That requires unlearning burnout patterns and building a new relationship with success, energy, and expansion. If you want help with that, visit sheevaunmoran.com, explore the other videos, and keep learning. It is your turn. It is your time. Right now. See you soon. Follow & Let's Get in Touch! Ep 487: Exponentially Creating Success

Burnout feels real, but what if we've played a role in creating it? I want to explore burnout from a completely different perspective. Recently, I heard several clients say something similar: "My business is running me." But here's the truth: a business can't run you unless you make it your master. A business doesn't do anything on its own. What creates overwhelm is your thinking, your energy, your lack of organization, or your lack of prioritization. The business itself is neutral. It only reflects what you bring to it. The solution is to bring order to the chaos. When you're doing what you love and moving closer to your goals, it's going to feel difficult at times. There will be friction. There will be challenges. It may feel like you're squeezing through the eye of a needle. It may even feel like you're overdoing it. That doesn't necessarily mean you're burned out. It reminds me of a trip I took to Everest Base Camp. It wasn't just a trip. It was a transformation. Before that journey, I had been seriously ill. I was misdiagnosed, nearly died, and ultimately healed myself. That experience was behind me, but it shaped everything that followed. When I decided to trek to Everest Base Camp, I faced several challenges. I don't eat like most people. I had limited training time compared to everyone else. Others had months to prepare; I had six weeks. I also had no real idea what I was getting into, and the whole experience was far outside my comfort zone. It was intimidating. One day on the trek, we climbed nearly 2,000 vertical feet over the course of about nine hours. It was incredibly difficult. At first, I charged ahead and stayed near the front of the group. But before long, my mind started playing tricks on me. My body was responding to every complaint, every doubt, every fear my mind was creating. That day became one of the most powerful lessons I have ever experienced about the mind-body connection. With every step, I consciously worked on my thinking. I worked on my energy. I focused on moving forward without feeding the inner voice that wanted to complain, quit, or tell me it was too much. The voice was there all day. But I learned something important: Your energy responds to your thoughts. And your thoughts respond to your energy. When you intentionally shift one, you influence the other. The same thing happens in business. Whether your business is small, medium, or large, there will be moments when it feels like it's kicking your butt. But the experience changes when you choose a different way of thinking about it and a different way of managing your energy around it. Cleaning up your energy on a regular basis is powerful. Your mind, your business, and your energy are all connected. You can't separate them. When one improves, the others improve too. So if you're feeling burned out, consider this question: Is it truly burnout, or is it time for a new perspective, a new level of organization, and a new way of directing your energy? Ep 486: Success Energies Anchored

Sometimes we get really ungrounded with our visions, missions, dreams, and goals. We are so far out in the future that we are no longer present. We are not in our bodies, not in our minds, and not in the opportunities right in front of us. I often see people who are so focused on the future that they miss what is available to them now. There may be someone right in front of them offering exactly what they need to move closer to their goal, but they do not see it. On the other side, I see people who are stuck in the past. They are focused on who they used to be or how things were before, and they are not present either. Presence is powerful. It is magnetic. It draws in the very things you have been trying to achieve. This magnetism becomes available when you step into the present moment. When you are stuck in the past or lost in the future, you disconnect from that power. Think of it like a GPS. It needs a starting point. That starting point is always where you are right now. You reconnect to that by tuning into your breath, your stillness, and your awareness. You reconnect to your natural magnetism and presence. These are your energetic strengths. They help you move toward your goals faster and with fewer obstacles. Many people block this magnetism because they are used to pushing, struggling, worrying, and operating from stress and anxiety. That kind of energy pushes away the very things they want. You may have done a lot of personal work and improved, but you might still be operating from an older version of yourself. An outdated mindset or energy that no longer reflects who you are today. Your present self is the version of you that creates your future. If you are not fully here, you cannot move forward effectively. I was speaking with a client recently and asked him to describe his business. He immediately jumped into a big future vision. I stopped him and said, that is great, but tell me what is happening right now. As he started describing his current situation, we brought him back into his body, his breath, and his awareness. We gave him tools to ground himself. Everything changed. His tone shifted. His energy shifted. He became more present and more aligned. Later, he messaged me to say that something we had been working toward happened much faster than expected. It came together ahead of what we thought was possible. That is the power of being present. Being fully here is what moves you forward. If you need support with that, reach out. For now, take a moment to come back into your body, your breath, and your awareness. ---- Follow & Let's Get in Touch! Ep 485: Quiet Mindedness

We're going to drive through the city of our minds. What does that mean? If you think about it, your mind holds many different "cities." There is a city of worry, fear, doubt, and shame. There is also a city of positivity. And within each of these are smaller spaces. Even within worry, there can be effort, hope, and trying. Within shame, there can be healing and growth. There are many cities in our minds, and it can get loud in there. There is constant noise, like people arguing back and forth. If you've ever seen older movies set in big cities where people are shouting on the streets, that kind of energy actually existed. I experienced something similar growing up. People would sit outside and call out to each other across the street. It was loud and direct. That is what it can feel like inside your mind. But not all of your mental "cities" are chaotic. You also have peaceful places. You have a spa-like calm, a forest, a beach. All of these exist at the same time. The question is, which one are you going to visit? Which one are you choosing to drive to today? One of the first audios I created was designed as a mental journey to help shift your state. It guided people into a calm, expansive space so they could transform how they think and feel. Because the cities in your mind can be busy and conflicting. There is traffic. There are competing voices. And often, there are no clear stop signals to slow things down. If you are not intentional, you can end up in chaos, in negativity, or in a mental space that drains your energy. Getting to clarity takes effort. It takes direction. Most people avoid that because it feels like extra work. But just like using a GPS, you have to choose your destination. What city are you guiding your mind toward? Take a moment to think about the cities you visit most often. Some may not be very helpful. Some may be creative and expansive. Some may be neutral, where nothing really changes. Many people spend time in worry, anxiety, or repetition. That "in-between" space can feel like living the same day over and over, without moving toward your full potential. But it is a choice. You can decide where to go. So ask yourself: what city do you want to visit? And are you willing to guide yourself there? If you need support in getting to a better mental space and creating the results you want, reach out. ---- Follow & Let's Get in Touch! Ep 484: Reality Check to Magnetize Profits

Today I want to talk about something simple but powerful: celebration. How do you celebrate the people in your life who support you? How do you celebrate being part of a community, a team, or a mastermind? And just as important, how do you celebrate yourself? At Energetic Solutions, one of the things we prioritize is creating a strong, positive energy. That means having a supportive attitude and a culture where people genuinely celebrate one another. Recently, I've spent time around different communities. Some truly embody this spirit of celebration. Others appear to on the surface, but it's not fully felt. So the real question is, how do you celebrate others, especially in a way that does not trigger comparison or insecurity? When you have done a lot of personal growth, you may notice that others sometimes react differently around you. It can feel off energetically. That can be challenging to navigate. One way to move through that is to choose gratitude. Appreciate the person and the situation, even if it is bringing something up for you. Do your best not to cut people off. Instead, lean into celebration. Celebrate the connection, the interaction, and the energy itself. Celebration is a powerful force. It fuels growth, expansion, opportunity, and deeper community. And then there is you. Do you celebrate yourself enough? Most people do not. We are often quick to criticize ourselves, to move on too fast, or to focus only on what is next. We forget to acknowledge our wins, both big and small, and even the lessons that come from mistakes. Without celebration, life can start to feel mechanical, just moving from one task to the next. Technology and systems can support us, but they will not celebrate us. That is something we have to create for ourselves and for each other. Celebrate what you have learned. Celebrate what you have integrated. Celebrate the effort, not just the outcome. Even in my own work, I have been deeply immersed in building something meaningful, and it is easy to forget to pause and recognize the progress along the way. There are so many people who are not celebrated enough, not for their contributions, not for their growth, not for the steps they are taking forward. So here is your takeaway: What do you need to celebrate? Who do you need to celebrate? And how can you make celebration part of your daily life? Because at the end of the day, we are alive. And that alone is worth celebrating. --- Follow & Let's Get in Touch! Ep 483: Rework Your Reality & Achieve What You Want

I was recently with a group, and the person leading the group has pretty good energy. His wife is definitely in the very good energy, almost mystical spectrum. Their trigger point is the word "energy." And honestly, it is for many people. Your energy is something that emits from you and gives back to you. It goes out, and it comes in. When you're looking to achieve something or meet with somebody, your energy actually arrives in the room or in the conversation about five milliseconds before you show up. It could be a little bit longer, but five milliseconds are the commonly referenced timing. When we think about somebody, that is energy arriving and sharing data points. Energy gives you the ability to have a better mood or a grumpy mood. A grumpy mood often comes about when you have been around a lot of people and you have picked up a lot of what I call "poopy energy." You are filled to the brim, overflowing with thoughts, cloudy ideas, other people's intentions, wishes, desires, and pushiness. All of that can stick to your own energy field. As much as people want me to stop using the word "energy," it is kind of my thing. When I help someone, I focus on the energy of the leader, the person at the top. Oftentimes, it is someone who is a high achiever. Actually, it is always someone who is a high achiever who wants a better result, a bigger result, and to get closer to their goals with more flow, ease, and less friction. If your energy is filled with clutter, poopy thoughts, poopy ideas, or what I call "sand in the machine," your mood will shift to a darker, less abundant, less positive, less upward flowing state. It becomes easier to get angry. Easier to have less clarity. Easier to misplace things. Easier to be late. Easier for things to take longer than they should. Easier to get distracted. That is "poopy energy," which creates a "poopy mood," which creates "poopy results." You get the idea. The goal is to help yourself with your energy first. When you do that, you gain enough clarity to then help others. Have you ever met someone who is just ridiculously positive, someone who never complains? First of all, not complaining at all is impossible. If we never complain, there is no change, no shift, and no different result. So, the question becomes, is it negative complaining that is completely unproductive, or is it productive complaining? What is the energy? What is the mood? What are you doing for your mood today so that your tomorrow can be better? Better mood. Better energy. Better results. Better overall. What are you doing today? Go back, watch, and listen to some of my previous content to get into a good mood groove and really start shifting things in your favor. My name is Siobhan Moran. Go to ssheevaunmoran.com. Ep 482: Decoding Weird Decisions

If you're like me, you consume a lot of information. Many people do that through platforms like social media, but I tend to consume a lot through reading. Recently, I came across a phrase that really stood out: decision hoarding. What is decision hoarding? It's when you hold onto decisions instead of letting them flow. You keep your hands on everything, becoming the bottleneck in your business, your team, or even your family. It often means others have to come to you for every final decision. The problem is, when you're not there, everything stops. People become paralyzed because they haven't been given the tools, knowledge, or authority to move forward on their own. Then you return and feel frustrated, wondering why nothing got done. This happens more often than people realize. Decision hoarding usually means you haven't fully empowered others. You haven't provided clear processes, expectations, or the confidence for them to act independently. But empowerment also means allowing mistakes. I once brought someone new onto my team who struggled to make decisions because their previous environment was highly micromanaged. That kind of experience can create hesitation and even fear around decision-making. So I focus on giving people the tools, clarity, and permission to act — knowing that mistakes are part of growth. Many people who hoard decisions are actually trying to be perfect. They wait, overthink, and delay instead of making clear, timely choices. Fast decision-makers, on the other hand, understand that progress matters more than perfection. I saw this growing up as well. My mother tended to hold control over decisions, and when she didn't have that control, she would channel her energy elsewhere. It was a reminder of how deeply ingrained this pattern can be. But decision hoarding is paralyzing — for you and for everyone around you. It slows progress, creates frustration, and limits growth. If you look at nature, it doesn't operate this way. Nature follows systems and flows based on what's needed — air, water, fire, earth. There's a natural responsiveness and balance. We can learn from that. In our own lives, sometimes what's needed is clarity, communication, research, or simply space. Sometimes you need to step back and let others step forward. And sometimes, you just need to pause — stop over-relying on external input and think for yourself. There's a lot of power in allowing your own mind to work, to create, and to solve problems. So ask yourself: are you holding onto decisions that should be released? --- Follow & Let's Get in Touch!
