The International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP) is free for use by all. The ComSOP is the industry-accepted standard for commercial property inspectors and serves as the foundation for all education and certification offered by the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association® (CCPIA®).Its nine core sections outline the inspection process, reporting practices, inclusions and exclusions, and the ethics inspectors follow.
