No, we’re not talking about actual corpses, but rather a metaphorical concept prevalent in business management – the removal of non-performers, or 'deadwood,' within a team. This is an aspect of the industry that, though tough, I personally find crucial to address. For a team to thrive, every member must align with our values, adapt to changes in the industry, and above all, respect our beautiful cows.
