Casting Pearls shines a light on the path less traveled for purpose driven people by discussing testimonials, lessons learned, and best practices for all aspects of life. The intent of Casting Pearls is to bridge the gap between ignorance and understanding, doubt and belief, fear and faith. Whether it pertains to business, personal finance, parenthood, marriage, politics, or religion, Casting Pearls is intended to be a loudspeaker for the quiet still voice that provides wisdom, clarity, and instruction for a better tomorrow.

This episode is one of my favorites thus far. My sister and I discuss the return on purpose, which is loosely defined as the second and third affect of putting Gods will first over our own interest and desires. Check it out.

During this interview I had the pleasure of interviewing the owner of Emblem Olive Oil, Ms.Chasity Pritchett. Her story and journey is filled with faith, trial and error and more faith. She began with an idea and now her Olive Oil has been featured on Oprah, sponsored by Bentely and can be found on the shelves of more than 200 grocery stores.

If your story hasn't been that great up to this point in your life you can change it! It doesn't matter where you come from, who your parents are, or your past reputation. During this episode I share why it's important to have a vested interest in your own life. I also encourage you not to be realistic, rational, or logical regarding your future and your plans to change your life around for the better.

In this episode we discuss change, reason why one would want to or need change, and more. This episodes' title was inspired by my good friend Treyvon Smiths' new EP entitled "The Change". Whether change is inspired by family, purpose, or immediate needs or wants change is inevitable and good.

In life sometimes your most joyless moments can come from being too zoomed in on a situation. Yes its okay to be locked in, and invested in a situation, however being zoomed in for too long can negatively impact other area's of your life. During this episode we'll dive into why it's impact to zoom out or step back from work and areas of our life that can be very demanding.

The fear of missing out may cause you to put more energy into activities that don’t serve your purpose. There’s more of (blank) where (blank) came from, but you don’t have more time. Therefore I encourage everyone (myself included) to always put first things first and to seize opportunities in order of importance. Listen up, Pearls are being Casted.

Change isn't easy, but change requires change! When we begin to notice that the change that we are looking for is on the other side of the work that we often avoid we'll begin to do what it takes to see the change that we want in our lives, even if it means getting uncomfortable.
