Yes its okay to be locked in, and invested in a situation, however being zoomed in for too long can negatively impact other area's of your life. During this episode we'll dive into why it's impact to zoom out or step back from work and areas of our life that can be very demanding.
The fear of missing out may cause you to put more energy into activities that don’t serve your purpose. There’s more of (blank) where (blank) came from, but you don’t have more time. Change isn't easy, but change requires change! When we begin to notice that the change that we are looking for is on the other side of the work that we often avoid we'll begin to do what it takes to see the change that we want in our lives, even if it means getting uncomfortable.
