I've Been Teaching Business Astrology. But Have I Actually Been Living It?

I've spent the last year helping women use their birth charts to make decisions about how they run their businesses. And then, while working on my private clients' astrology, I had a slightly uncomfortable thought. When was the last time I actually sat down and did this properly for MYSELF? In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of my work as an operational business astrologer and sharing what happened when I started investigating my own October lunar return. We're getting into sixth-house astrology, Virgo rising, Mercury in the second house, my Gemini Moon near the Midheaven, and what those placements have made me curious about in my business. Because over the last twelve months, my work has changed enormously. I've developed my Cosmic Business Architecture methodology, changed how I support clients, and discovered just how much I love investigating the connections between someone's birth chart and the business they've built. But has the way I'm actually running MY business kept up with all of that? I'm also sharing some thoughts about how I want to create content differently, why I'm interested in showing you more of my astrological investigations as they happen, and an idea I'm exploring for 2027: putting my own business through the same process I use with my Constellation Studio clients. I've got plenty of questions. I certainly haven't got all the answers. And I suspect there are going to be quite a few rabbit holes along the way. Your offer can change without you ever deciding to change it. A Loom gets added after every call. The sixty-minute session quietly becomes ninety. "Message me if you're stuck" becomes support whenever they need it. The work evolves. The agreement doesn't. Your Q4 plan starts one step too late (+ the 3 calls I'd make instead)

Everyone's Q4 plan starts with what they're going to add. Black Friday, the launch, the revenue target, the content. I think that starts one step too late. Before you add anything to October, November or December, the question worth asking is what your business already costs you on a completely ordinary Tuesday. Because whatever you add to Q4 gets added to the week you've already got, not the week you'd have if things were calmer. In this episode I take you through one client's business, 11 months on from the smallest change I've made in a client's business. We changed which half of the day she works on her own stuff. Her prices, the way her offers get delivered and what she hands over all moved after that, and none of it would have held without the part nobody sees, which is the same question asked every Monday for eleven months. Then I give you three calls I'd make for this quarter, with the dates behind each one. Why October to the middle of November is a review window rather than a build window, with Venus retrograde from 3 October and Mercury from 24 October. Why Black Friday gets designed backwards from December, with Mars moving into Virgo the day before it. And what December sets up for next year, as Saturn and Neptune both turn forward. Your job for the week is one job, and it needs a week of noticing rather than an afternoon of planning. I'm Holly, an operational business astrologer.
