He worked his way up in business from the bottom to running the business in 7 years and bought the company he was managing a year later.  As President of the business from 2018-2022 providing oilfield equipment and services to oil companies, he doubled the size of his business and is now running a $40 million business.  Lev and Molly Cooper flipped their house they were living in from 2011- 2016 and sold it for a $60,000 profit. After that, they got more involved with real estate in 2019 with a fix and flip and started to rent Single Family Homes in 2021.  Joined Grant Cardone’s Private Real Estate Club in 2021.  Invested as a Limited Partner (LP) on four properties with over 1,000 units with Cardone Capital, as an LP on 48 units in Savannah, GA with members of the RE group, and as a General Partner (GP) on 18 units in Dallas, TX with members of the RE group.  Lev and Molly currently own two SFR, a house they are currently flipping, downtown offices, retail space, and 6 downtown apartments. Real estate development: from capital raising to project selection

Josh Green is a partner at Traverse Capital and Alchemy Design + Development, both based in Salt Lake City, UT. His background is in multifamily appraisal and consulting, which he did for over a decade all throughout Utah, Southern Idaho, Wyoming, Western Colorado, Montana, and North Dakota.  Here he learned underwriting and valuation of all types of multifamily inside and out and was also a consultant helping developers to figure out what to do with their property.Josh was the Finance Director for a Utah-based residential real estate developer for 5 years and was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting of for sale and for rent projects, and debt and equity financing.  During his time there he played an important role in roughly 20 ground up development projects ranging in size from 3 to over 200 units.Josh co-founded Alchemy Design + Development, a real estate consulting, investment, and development firm in Utah.
