Governor, and AG., all Republicans up for reelection. Bo French, a candidate, has also joined in. Elon Musk is funding Republicans in this approach. Republicans seem to have no other issues except to divide people. Part 2: We talk with Bill Curry and Harold Meyerson. Curry is a two-time candidate for Governor of Connecticut and Meyerson is Editor-at-Large at The American Prospect. We discuss what Democrats should be doing, if they are successful in capturing the majorities in the House and perhaps the Senate. The party must change, and quickly send bills to Trump's desk. These should include a living wage, SCOTUS reforms, including term limits, end gerrymandering. Even if Trump does not sign these into law, this will prepare for 2018. WNHNFM.ORG production

Part 2: We talk with Wendell Young, President of United Food and Commercial Workers 1776, and with Hannah Wolf, Senior Staff Attorney for Farm STAND. We discuss the disparity of how workers in the food industry (including farm and food processors) are being treated when compared to others covered by the NLRB. Their rights are circumscribed, so that they are treated as second-class workers, and do not have many of the rights of other workers.
