Some communities welcome this, since the federal government pays the 'rent' for these prisons, and some jobs are created in those communities. however there appears to be no oversight in mostly rural areas. Part 2: We talk with Jayash Paudel, Associate Professor of Economics, University of Oklahoma. We discuss one of the big changes in farming that will occur due to the Trump tariffs on Canada, the US's main supplier of potash, a principal component of fertilizers.
