About the show
After 40 years selling and implementing Business Systems with a sprinkling of management, building teams and mentoring people, I have decided to try and share some of my experiences. Over the years I have seen the best and some of the worst business decisions being made, I have worked with some fabulous people, mentors and leaders, and also had to deal with the opposite on a few occasions. I have been promoted, demoted, laid off and been the meat in takeover sandwiches and also occasionally the bread itself. I've hired staff, fired staff, mentored a few who have gone on the great things and built up teams. I took a sabbatical for a year, wrote a successful book and introduced new products to the market. I spent time as a Territorial Army Officer this running parallel to my business career and learned a lot through those experiences. But all the time, I was the ""Systems Guy. These Podcasts will cover most of the interesting, funny and strange things that have happened during this 40 years.
