#310 - SAP LeanIX Assistant in Copilot (Michael Sukachev) | SAP on Azure Video Podcast

In episode 310 of our SAP on Azure video podcast we talk about SAP LeanIX with Microsoft Teams.Enterprise Architecture repositories are incredibly valuable — at least in theory. But in practice, many of them become hard-to-access systems that only a few specialists use, and even fewer people keep up to date. Over time, the data gets stale, the trust disappears, and the repository becomes more of a museum than a working tool.Today we want to look at a different approach. Together with Michael Sukachev, we will talk about how SAP LeanIX can become much more accessible through Microsoft Teams and AI agents.Michael, hello and welcome. In episode 310 of our SAP on Azure video podcast we talk about SAP LeanIX with Microsoft Teams.Find all the links mentioned here: https://www.saponazurepodcast.de/episode310Reach out to us for any feedback / questions:* Goran Condric: https://www.linkedin.com/in/gorancondric/* Holger Bruchelt: https://www.linkedin.com/in/holger-bruchelt/ #Microsoft #SAP #Azure #SAPonAzure #SAPLeanIX #EnterpriseArchitecture #MCP #CopilotStudio #MicrosoftTeams

#309 - Hybrid Integrations with SAP Integration Suite on Azure (Shilpa Vij, Jannis Maier, Martin Pankraz) | SAP on Azure Video Podcast

In episode 309 of our SAP on Azure video podcast we talk about SAP Edge Integration Cell running on Azure Kubernetes Service. A month ago, the SAP Expert Lecture “Accelerating Hybrid Integrations with SAP Integration Suite on Microsoft Azure” launched — and it has been great to see the response from the community. The idea behind it is simple: your teams should be *building* SAP integrations, not babysitting the infrastructure underneath them. With SAP Edge Integration Cell running on Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure helps with the platform foundation — from cluster operations, patching, and scaling to monitoring with Azure Monitor and the Azure SRE Agent. So in today’s episode, I am happy to welcome Shilpa and Jannis from SAP and out own Martin Pankraz to talk about this new lecture. #306 - Workload identity-based authentication for SAP SuccessFactors provisioning (Chetan Desai) | SAP on Azure Video Podcast

In episode 306 of our SAP on Azure video podcast we talk about workload identity based authentication. A lot of companies have SAP SuccessFactors for their HR related processes. At the same time they are using Microsoft Entra ID for their Windows, Microsoft 365 and a lot of other authentications. For quite some time we have worked with SAP to use Microsoft Entra to orchestrate the identities for your employees and their access accross your SAP applications. SAP plans to deprecated basic authentication for SAP SuccessFactors APIs, so we have been working to offer workload identity-based authentication for the Microsoft Entra SAP SuccessFactors provisioning integrations. To tell us more about this new functionality, I am happy to have Chetan Desai back with us. #303 - ASUG on SAP, AI, and the Autonomous Enterprise (Geoff Scott) | SAP on Azure Video Podcast

In episode 303 of our SAP on Azure video podcast we are very happy to welcome back Geoff Scott, CEO and Chief Community Champion at ASUG. With ASUG Tech Connect coming up this fall, there is a lot happening in the SAP community — especially around AI, agents, governance, and the Autonomous Enterprise. What I find really interesting is that the discussion has moved beyond high-level AI demos. SAP customers are now asking very practical questions: How do we make this real? How do we govern agents? Is our data ready? What skills do our teams need? And most importantly, where is the business value? So today we want to hear directly from Geoff what ASUG is seeing across its member community, what questions customers are bringing to ASUG, and how organizations are thinking about the path from AI experimentation to real autonomous business processes.Find all the links mentioned here: https://www.saponazurepodcast.de/episode303Reach out to us for any feedback / questions:* Goran Condric: https://www.linkedin.com/in/gorancondric/* Holger Bruchelt: https://www.linkedin.com/in/holger-bruchelt/ #Microsoft #SAP #Azure #SAPonAzure #ASUG #AI #AgenticAI #S4HANA #Copilot

#302 - Modernize SAP Identity Management with Microsoft Entra (Sri Ponnada) | SAP on Azure Video Podcast

In episode 302 of our SAP on Azure video podcast we talk about Modernize SAP Identity Management with Microsoft Entra. A lot of companies are currently rethinking how they manage identities across their SAP landscape. Many organizations have both SAP for their ERP and Microsoft Entra ID is used for Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and many other applications across the enterprise. At the same time, SAP Identity Management is reaching end of life, and customers are looking for a replacement.Over the last years, Microsoft and SAP have been working closely together to make this easier. With Microsoft Entra, SAP Cloud Identity Services, and SAP Identity Access Governance, customers can automate joiner, mover, and leaver processes, improve governance, and apply access policies more consistently across their environment. There are also some important new capabilities: more flexible provisioning patterns, support for SAP-specific extension attribute, and deeper integration between Microsoft Entra ID Governance and SAP Identity Access Governance. To tell us more about all of this, I’m very happy to welcome Sri to the show.Find all the links mentioned here: https://www.saponazurepodcast.de/episode302Reach out to us for any feedback / questions:* Goran Condric: https://www.linkedin.com/in/gorancondric/* Holger Bruchelt: https://www.linkedin.com/in/holger-bruchelt/ #Microsoft #SAP #Azure #SAPonAzure #SAPIAS #EntraID #MicrosoftEntra #IdentityGovernance #ZeroTrust #SAPSecurity #SAPCloudIdentityServices
