I held on to their phone numbers, but didn’t prank them until many years later. One job I remember turning down was that girl who got abducted around 1990 and wasn’t discovered until nearly 20 years later. Jaycee Something? I actually did get her mom’s private phone number, but then I ended up not selling it to the guy.
