Being in this liminal space is so fucking hard, but after a month away and an incredible vacation with my husband, I’m ready to make some changes. Today I'm talking with my friend Tess Waresmith to expand and deepen on a conversation we had earlier this year — a seed that was planted that goes hand-in-hand with this craving for spaciousness that's going on right now. This is off-the-cuff, it’s raw, it's real, and it might make you a little pissed off! And that's fine. We're talking about: how even though Tess was making a ton of money in her online business, she became disenchanted with it the creator content hamster wheel, the pressure of consistency, and the steep reality of finding financial success as an online business over the uncomfortable feeling of being in the liminal space and allowing nothing to happen rethinking the concept of owning our time and asking ourselves, what are we optimizing for? If we woke up with a completely blank calendar tomorrow morning, how would we feel called to fill it? the idea of "cosmic indifference" and how we are really unimportant (in a good way) And I’m not disappearing from the world altogether! How To Know When You Need More Spaciousness, Not Just Another Strategy

I’ve been noticing something happening in the collective lately — especially among women, especially among those of us who run our own businesses. Something is shifting and I want to talk about it, because I think we're at a tipping point . So many successful women are talking about needing to step back because of the exhaustion and loneliness of having to do all the things in their lives, even if they have people they can delegate to or help out. They — no, WE — just want to slow down . We need more spaciousness, not just more strategy or more ways to delegate Today, I’m talking about how this has been appearing in my life and the big moves I’m making to shift. things: what I'm calling my spaciousness audit. I’m taking a month off from recording new podcast episodes to see what it feels like when I don’t have the pressure to produce content on a set schedule. This is part of my Incarnation Cross (the Cross of Contagion), where I trust that what moves through me to be transmitted doesn't need to be forced. Plus, I’ll be traveling in France in September, so I’ll have so much external experiences to respond to and light me up! When the Universe Doesn't Give You an Answer: Grief, My Soulmate Cat, and the Astrology of an Impossible Season

This is not the episode I had planned to share today, but it's the episode I needed to share with you right now. I've been having some of the hardest weeks of my life with the loss of my soulmate cat Manny and the immense grief I've been processing. And I've been grieving alone, falling back into my transference energy. What does this mean? I am a 4/6 profile in Human Design with a Scorpio moon — I am meant to be amongst community and communicate my emotions with my network. I need to share what I’m going through, and I haven’t been doing that. So today I’m sharing everything that’s happened over the past few weeks, and talking about how astrology and Human Design have helped me ground during this time. My entire belief system has been put into question, and I’m not looking to turn my cat’s death into a lesson. But I think it’s part of our nature to seek answers as to WHY something happened, and looking at the symbolic language of the current astrology transits and my own design have helped me process something that doesn't have an explanation. In this episode, I’m: sharing how my cat went missing and then was found, and how that experience tied into the traumatic patterns of my childhood belief systems how Manny’s passing right around the August solar eclipse relates to my ascendant (rising) sign of Leo why the transit of Saturn squaring Mars was telling me "you can't control this, some things can't be changed" how Saturn retrograde moving through my 9th house is playing into my questioning of beliefs and trust in the universe and how I’m feeling my emotional wave right now with my two channels connecting my solar plexus and root centers Everything is still raw and tender right now, but I know (because I always hear from all of you after vulnerable episodes like these) that sharing my emotions and process is healing for everyone. Defined vs. Undefined Root Center with Kaitlyn Kessler

What Is Chiron? and Why It’s Making Us Feel Chaotic Right Now

Boo, I’ve been saying this all year, but 2026 has been one for the books with planetary and astrological transits shaking things up. There are some major shifts happening in the collective right now, and the latest is with Chiron, the astrological body as the wounded healer. Chiron has recently moved into Taurus and into Gate 3 in Human Design, and this isn’t a quick Mercury retrograde-style move.
