16: Good Grief

With the holiday approaching, grief is something that comes up for many of us. This episode, we share personal experiences of love and loss. We talk about tools for managing the waves of heavy emotions that come with the ending of relationships, with death, and with mourning aspects of the self. Knowing that everyone grieves differently means it's important to meet yourself where you're at and with softness. There are ways to memorialize the dead and rituals for integrating grief. We talk about food as a way of doing this, with recipe headstones, herbs or 'dumb' suppers.
