I'm your host, Martina Callaghan and I've dedicated my life to diving into the stories of others, which led me to become a Kinesiologist and Life Coach, fueled by my passion for understanding and uplifting others. One of the frustrations for me was having great conversations and it then evaporating into the ether. This is part of my intention to capture those stories so it can have a life of its own.
