Maximum Effort

It's really hard to tell if someone is giving their 100%. Why?Because we aren't them! 100% is a very personal measurement. We often know when we can do better, but don't want to admit it. Since joining RIF in 2017, Katy has driven community engagement initiatives, significantly enhancing momentum for RIF’s mission.
