Episode #139: Bouncing Back from a Near-Quit Experience
6 weeks of training down (I missed 4 sessions across the last 3 weeks), 10 to go! The last 3 weeks have been mentally and physically rough. The past 3 days, I considered letting the athletic journey go, but I bounced back and realized I haven’t tried everything yet! There is more I can do to make this journey happen, but I have to double down and make a bit more of a sacrifice. I’m not done yet! I do have this ankle injury as an extra hurdle on top of everything else that comes with training for a 100 mile race, but even with that I still believe it is possible! So I’m going to keep trying!
