JDun and JoyReign has the exclusive interview with Mari Kyle. Mari Kyle is a Senior Game Producer with Oculus Studios at Meta launching Asgard's Wrath 2, one of the biggest VR ARPGs ever made. Her last title was as a producer on Resident Evil 4 for Meta Quest 2 which won "VR Game of the Year" at The Game Awards 2021, "Best Remake" and "Best AR/VR Game of the Year" at the 11th Annual New York Game Awards, and "VR Game of the Year" at SXSW 2022. Before her time on Oculus Studios, she was on the Oculus publishing team where she reviewed over 1000 VR apps for publishing on the Go, Rift, and Quest Store. She's been at Meta for almost 5 years and previously worked at Sony Pictures Television on VR content accompanying original movies and tv shows. She is a listee on the Forbes 30 under 30 for 2024 in the games division and has a master's degree in game design from USC IMGD. Her work focuses on advocating for diversity, accessibility, and inclusion in games.
