For the fourth week of Lent we continue in the sermon series, “Made for More”. Pastor Jeni takes us to the book of Luke (15:11-32) to discover what we can learn from the widely recognized Parable of the Lost Son. Come discover who Jesus invites to His Table of fellowship and grace - and therefore who we should as well. Things to consider as you listen:An unrepentant heart breeds seperation.Because of Christ, we have reason to be in fellowship with people our culture tells us to despise. There’s no societal norm then or now more important than the return of lost humans. In God’s economy, there’s always enough grace to go around. The contrast between the utter humiliation of the younger brother and the self-righteous pride of the older brother is obvious. The father attempts to reconcile the two with his ethic of love.
