177. From $30K Debt to Off the Salon Floor: Shelby Garcia Salon Business Transformation

Welcome Queen, Two years ago, Shelby joined me on the podcast and shared what life really looked like behind the scenes of being a salon owner, wife and mum of two. At her lowest point, the salon was on the market, she had $30K in tax debt and she genuinely didn't know how she was going to turn things around. Fast-forward two years and I almost don't recognise the woman sitting across from me. Shelby is now completely off the salon floor , her salon numbers have actually grown, she's leading and developing her team, she has more freedom with her children AND she's building a second business and income stream alongside the salon. And the biggest transformation hasn't just been financial. It's been who she's had to become as a woman and leader to create it.
